Dreamcast - Dreamcast cheats - Marvel Vs Capcom cheats

Full Pause Screen

After pressing start to pause the game hold Y and press X

Play as Roll

After highlighting the Zangief character on the character select screen press Left(two times), Down(two times), Right(two times), Down(two times), Left(two times), Up, Right, Up(two times), Right(two times) and roll will appear at the right of the Mega Man

Play as Red Venom

After highlighting the Chun-Li character on the character select screen press Right, Down(four times), Left, Up(four times), Right(two times), Down(two times), Left(two times), Down(two times), Right(two times), Up(four times), Left(two times), Up and he will appear above Chun-Li

Play as Gold War Machine

After highlighting the Zangief character on the character select screen press Left(two times), Down(two times), Right(two times), Down(two times), Left(two times), Up(four times), Right(two times), Left(two times), Down(four times), Right(two times), Up(two times), Left(two times), Down(two times), Right(two times), Up(five times) and he will appear above Zangief

Play as Orange Hulk

After highlighting the Chun-Li character on the character select screen press Right(two times), Down(two times), Left(two times), Right(two times), Down(two times), Left(two times), Up(four times), Down(two times), Right(two times), Up(two times), Down(four times), Left, Up and he will appear above Ryu

Play as Shadow Lady

After highlighting the Morrigan character on the character select screen press Up, Right(two times), Down(four times), Left(two times), Up(four times), Right(two times), Left(two times), Down(two times), Right(two times), Down(two times), Left(two times), Up(two times), Right(two times), Up(two times), Left(two times), Down(five times) and roll will appear at the right of the Mega Man

Play as Super War Machine

After highlighting the Zangief character on the character select screen press Left(two times), Down(two times), Right(two times), Down(two times), Left(two times), Up(four times), Right(two times), Left (two times), Down(four times), Right(two times), Up(two times), Left(two times), Down(two times), Right(two times), Up(four times), Right(two times), Left(two times), Down(four times), Right(two times), Up(two times), Left(two times), Down(two times), Right(two times), Up(five times)

Play as Lilith

After highlighting the Zangief character on the character select screen press Left(two times), Down(two times), Right(two times), Up(two times), Down(four times), Left(two times), Up(four times), Right, Left, Down(four times), Right(two times), Up(four times), Left(two times), Down(four times), Right, Downand roll will appear below the War Machine

How to Play as Onslaught

To play as Onslaught beat the game and pick Megaman. Use Hypermegaman and press down , down   back , medium punch, heavy punch

Get Shadow as 2nd Partner

While selecting your second partner Hold MP + MK + HP and the choice will automatically be made

Be Evil Ryu

When you have level 1 on the hyper combo bar press Down, Down/Back, Back, Fierce Punch

Be Red Ryu

When you have level 1 on the hyper combo bar press Down, Down/Back, Back, Medium Punch

Change Starting Character

At the vesus screen hold Weak Punch + Medium Punch + High Punch to switch the character that first starts the match

Special Partner Codes
Hold Start and enter the following codes before the Special Partner screen appears

Magneto: Hold Weak Kick + High Punch
Storm: Hold Weak Punch + Weak Kick + High Punch
Jubilee: Hold Weak Kick + Medium Punch + High Punch
Rogue: Hold Weak Punch + Weak Kick + Medium Punch + High Punch
Psylocke: Hold Medium Kick
Juggernaut: Hold Weak Punch + Medium Kick
Iceman: Hold Medium Punch + Medium Kick
Colossus: Hold Weak Punch + Medium Punch + Medium Kick
US agent: Hold High Punch + Medium Kick

Getting Secret Characters

You can get secret characters without use of cheat codes, just look in the Strategy guide (Top of page). Once you unlock all the hidden characters you can play as Onslaught. A option will appear in the game menu for Onslaught

EZ Hyper Combos

Just press punch+punch or kick+kick to do a hyper combo

Extra hits with some characters

Some of these I just played around and found out how to do.
Wolveriene- For Wolveriene do his Spetial were he does his super barrage x and at the end when he pops him in the air jump up with him and do his twornado crawl and get extra hits. If you can you can turn his spetial into a compleat air combo.( This has to be done in the corner.)
 
Gambit- Gambit might be a little hard to do but try it. Do his royal flash at point blank range and after he's done do his trick card and follow up with an air combo.
This is pretty mutch the same as the first one but for this it requires collosus to do it. After you do Royal flash emmidiately send out collosus.

Spider man- Spider man is a very hard one. First you have to do his crawler assult and when he gets popped up do a kick combo and finesh with a web swing.

Strider- He is a fairly easy one to do with. Do his spetial were he throws the enimy up in the air and slashes him from all directions. When he slams him down just do any combo you know.
