:P You can't. Pokemon ChaosBlack is a hack of FireRed, and the version that you have is only the Alpha (meaning it's the first demo to come out of the hack). The demo was meant to end at Mt. Moon, so you can't go any further. If you purchased ChaosBlack, you have been scammed (not by the creator). See, a pirate used that unfinished hack of Pokemon FireRed and has been selling it to people. If you're playing the ROM version, don't sweat it, just wait for the next version of the demo to come out.

to get past mt. moon you need to get a magikarp and train it to a gyrados lvl 20-30 itll learn surf on its own.
