Ok heres the deal.Lugia is in the second whirl island just keep on going left.Once you go to a place where there are rocks to your right you just keep on and try to go right.At the first whirlpool use whirlpool.Then go to the cave and complete the maze[Hint-if you go to the right cave you just have to go to the pool on the right].then youl see Lugia then save[Hinton one of the sides of Lugia there is an item that can raise Latios or Latias's attack].Then well your on your own.

How to catch Ho-Oh the great!!!

I'll tell ya all about it.First defeat Ecruteak City Gym leader.Then go inside the house on the northern side of the city.Keep going until you see a tower,but,oh the luck!!!,you'll see a man blocking the staircase.He'll tell you to go and talk to his friend in Pewter City.......Well don't just stand there!!! Go to pewter City and look for his pal and he'll give you a Rainbow Wing.Now go back and the man will be gone(you would have given him the wing,sheesh!)Now go up,up,up,and away the tower and you'll see the great bird.He's level 70.If you want to keep checking until you find him shiny ho-oh.       Thank you.

Here ya are.First defeat Ecruteak City Gym Leader.Then(first you need Rock Smash),go to the tower on the North-Western side of the city.You'll meet your rival and he'll battle.Go left and figure out which path takes you the right way.When you go to the correct one,you'll appear in front of three statues.Go towards them and they will piss off like babies.If you find one in the wild,it will run away.Check your Pokedex to see where they are and go to them.They will run away immediately.         NOTE:The dogs are:Entei,Suicuine,and Raikou.They are all level 40.   Happy hunting!!

Hint: Easy win against the last Elite4 (Forgot her/his name)

Get a Poliwrath and teach him mind reader and dynamic punch.Get him at least to lvl 50-80. When you reach the last elite4 (not lance), use mind reader then dynamic punch. Maybe you can kill all her pokemon, because she/he is a dark pokemon trainer and its super effective.   NOTE: Grab some hyper potions in-case if Poliwrath dies.He alone can do all the work. :)
