Talk with Kane in prompt then look in the large building that has 2 doors, look between the doors on the wall.

Talk to Anri in Manarina and look for the scientist that has to be turned into a chicken.  The wizard that changes you back has the card

 

Get Torasu

Look near the Elder in Promt Catle near a bookshelf.

 

Get Yogurt

Look at the control panel in the front carriage of the Pao caravan in both settlements.

 

Get Zylo

Look in Bustoke at the church sign

Have Earnest deliver the final blow to Balbazak

Have Luke deliver the final blow to Colossus' center head

Max has to finish Rune Knight off.

Tao or Anri must deliver the finishing blow in battle 3 of chapter 3.

 

Get Skeleton Card

Make Anri kill Skeleton.

 

Get Soul Eater Card

Make Zuika kill Soul Eater.

 

Get Arthur Chapter 2

Talk to him before you leave Rindo

 

Get Domingo Chapter 4

Take your egg to the Egg Warmer

 

Get Gong Chapter 1

Go to the house to the far east of the Guardiana region and talk to him to have him join you

 

Get Gort Chapter 1

Talk to Gort about his stories and listen to him again when you get back

Get Guntz Chapter 4

Make sure to see him test the steam suit and he will join later at the paopig pen.

 

Get Kokichi Chapter 4

See him fly his machine by searching it after he's freed and he will join when Pao leaves

 

Get Yogurt Chapter 4

See him in each chapter before then move around the church in Pao and he'll join you
