In the beginning of the game when it asks you to create a file type in Golf_Gone_Wild exactly as I put it here

Shrink Ball

During gameplay HOLD L and press Down, Down, Down, Up.  Repeat to make the ball even tinier

Larger Ball

During gameplay HOLD L and press Up, Up, Up, Down.  Repeat to make the ball even larger

No Wind

During gameplay HOLD L and press Up, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, X, X.

Black Putter - Finish All the Marbles event

Gold Putter - Finish Suave's Revenge
