Another Joe

When fighting "Another Joe" and he creates clones zoom in and keep pressing the kick button. When you finally find the real fake Joe slow punch/kick him or zoom in slow kick him. WARNING: when you zoom in "Another Joe" might "warp".

How To Beat Helicopter in Level 1

To beat it, when u first see it, u must put on slow mo right away in order to avoid damage. Then whenever u hear a sound like a gun winding up, put on slo-mo. Kick ( must kick) the bullets and the missiles back at it. Take out the robots when time because they are a huge nuisance. U can also kick and punch it although not as effective.

Viewtiful Easter Eggs

During any fight with a box in the background, you must perform a Mach move and sometimes a Mach-Zoom Kick-Punch move. The box must be in your area. If performed correctly, the box or boxes will bust and the concealed items will slide toward your area so that you can grab it.

How To Kill Cowboys Easier

First, as they spin in the air, do slow-mo (L-Button) and jump into the air near them. Kick or punch them while in midair and they'll fall and roll to the ground. You must do that BEFORE they fire bullets, or you will automatically dodge them in slow-mo.

Then, when they get up, run over to them and, with slow-mo on, punch or kick them. Remember, you have to do that before they fire bullets or you will dodge them and not be able to hurt them.

As they stand stunned, turn on Mach Mode/ Fast Mode (R-Button) and hold down Y or X button. Do this before they regain conciseness

The Midnight Thunderboy

My friend and I had trouble on The Midnight Thunderboy so finally I found out what to do. After fighting the Joker at the bottom of the sewer, your left in a room with just the slot machine and the beginning of a pipe all the way on the right of the room. first, slow-mo and punch the slot machine until you get a combination where it fills the room with bombs. choose any bomb next the the beginning of the pipe, and punch, kick, whatever so the bomb gets into the pipe. next, hop onto the slot machine and slow-mo once again so the bomb explodes in the pipe. this will cause you to be lifted out of the sewers so you can finish the episode.

How to Get the Fire Off You

Ok, like when you are caught on fire, by a missile or you fell in the lava, turn on mach speed and it should blow the fire away. This has helped me on the 5 episode a lot.

Beat Jets Easily

When the jet fires the homing missiles, go into slow-mo and kick or punch the missiles. Try to stay in slo-mo while the missiles are hitting the jet. The jet will lose a lot of health.

Easy way to beat Gran Bruce

The easy way to beat Gran Bruce is fist you just need to zoom in with slow-mo. And repeat to do spin kick. (just keep pressing the kick button) If you do it right Gran Bruce wont be able attack you and you will take out all his life!

Quick Tip !

On the second level of Veiwtiful Joe, you will battle Captain Blue for the second time, after you defeat Captain Blue and obtain your Mach Speed VFX, you will have to make your way through the big barrel, what you do is, go by the barrel and press DOWN, then press the X button, and the barrel will fly up into the air. As soon as the barrel flies up, use your Mach Speed to run under it as soon as you can. Alot of people have been stuck with this one, so here's a little help.

More v-Film

message: to get more v-films in the begin when u get to the first pink big box jump on top of it and jump up, after you get past the joker boss jump on the chandelier and and keep going until ur on the 3rd 1 and and there will be 3 v-films

Easyer Way to Beat Fire Lion

When Leo fires his meteors mach speed punch the meteors and go on fire. then punch Leo and knock away his fire shield. then slow and punch his shield until it breaks. next you need to slow while he is spinning and zoom in while slow and just spin kick. after about 1 bar goes down he will jump into the lava. repeat until you kill him. it is really easy to do once you find your feel to his moves like tight leather to a lady's skin.

Get Unlimited VFX

Finish the game and get a V rank in all levels.  Now start a new game using the same character and press Z

Beat Hulk Davison

First you turn on slo-mo(its best if you have viewtiful forever) and then he will usually block it with his axe and when it breaks quickly turn on mach speed and attack him with a volley of attacks but not for two long because his axe comes back and when the missiles fall from the ceiling quickly jump far away because it hurts you when it goes away and when the missiles come  out of his desk just slo-mo and hit them. keep repeating this process and u should beat him(it took me a few tries so don't beat yourself up about it.

Hero Differences

Joe-Average hero, gets a better story arc and no subtitles.

Silvia (Your girlfriend)-*Very* fast, but does 1/2 damage outside of slow-mo and takes double damage (in her super-suit, she takes as much damage as Joe in his T-Shirt)

Alastor-Won't automatically suit up because his 4-hit punch combo is deadly(he stabs them with his sword!) Press Z to turn into a demon (No sword, falls very slowly unless you press down, steadily lose VFX). in physical abilities, he's the same as Joe.

Captian Blue*-No Double Jump(Hold Jump the second time to hover!), no Warning symbols(The little skulls)

*Disclaimer: I heard about Blue from a friend, not entirely sure that it is true about his abilities.

How To Beat Bosses

Charles The Thrid: When he makes a stalagtite fall uppercut it in to him and he will fall slow punch him. Repeat until dead.

Hulk Davidson: Go near him and when he swings his axe at Joe's legs jump over it after he does this three times he will start to charge junp over him and he will hit the wall use slow zoomed in punches to hit him. Repeat until dead

Gran Bruce: Slow zoomed in punch him when he gets tired after trying to bite you, When he eats a mine, or when he tries to heal himself. Repeat until dead.

Another Joe: Run around the room and find him when you do slow zoomed in punch him. Repeat until dead. When he shoots Joes at you zoomed in kick until they all blow up.

Alastor: Hit him into the lava and slow zoomed in punch him when he's in the water. Repeat until dead.

Fire Leo: At the begining of the fight he will be on fire punch a meteor in mach speed until you are on fire then punch him when he dies out slow zoomed in punch him until his armor breaks then he will spin slow down time to avoid his attacks 5 times then slow zoomed in punch him. Repeat until dead. Fire Leo may seem tough at first but he is easy once you learn his pattern.

King Blue: Slow zoomed in punch him to kill him. To avoid his lighting stay still, his missles jump or duck, the ships jump.

Captain Blue: This is the last boss but he isn't that hard defeat him the way you did to get your power ups.

That's all the bosses this is the easiest way to beat them. Hope this helps.

Get Infinite Viewtiful Points
At any of the Power Conductor Stations (two orbs on top of small towers that light up when hit, the first you come to is in the sewers of the second episode.), stand in the middle but closer to one than the other. Zoom in and kick to hit both Towers, and the one you are closer to will light up before the other one. Kick again (while still zoomed) to finish the chain and have the towers reset. If done correctly, the conductors will not activate and the two bottom lights will be kicked on, you will also get 100 Viewtiful points for the move. Repeat this process to continually gain 100 points for as long as you want.

Skip Movies
To skip any movie during the course of the game, press Z.

Cheat Codes
First you must go to the game folder and find the file named nwn.ini Now open this file in Notepad and go to the Game Options section, and add the following:

Debug Mode=1

If you are going to edit the characters, open the nwnplayer.ini file and add these lines:

Single Player Enforce Legal Characters=0
Single Player ItemLevelRestrictions=0

This allows you to play past the module you're on.

Now save the file and start the game. During the game hit the tilde (~) key to bring down the console. Now type DebugMode=1 . Cheat mode is now enabled. Cycle through the codes with the tilde (~) key. Use any of the codes below. If you get a message that says Enter Target Mode Appears, click on the character you'd like the code to affect.

Unlock V Rated Mode
Defeat the game on Adult mode to unlock V Rated difficulty mode.

Play as Alastor
Finish the game on V Rated mode.

Level Select
Hit pause, now press down, right, down, right, left, left, up.

Unlock Super Unlimited VFX
Defeat the game with a Rainbow V ranking for every level. You do this by getting a V ranking for V points, Defense and Time on every task on each level. Then, select New Game, select the character you beat the game with, and hit Z. The word Super will appear, and that character will now have unlimited VFX.

Play as Captain Blue
Beat the game on Ultra V rated.

Faster game
Delete the file for all of the credits. You can now get into the game much faster.

Use any config on any plane
Select a plane in offline mode with a configuration, then hit close. Fly the plane then exit. Now select a different plane and instead of clicking close, click fly. The config on this plane should be the same as the previous one.

Rage Attacks
You must get a supersmash before you can use Rage attacks. You also need 2 or more blocks of rage to use it.

Ultra V Rated Mode
Defeat the game on V rated mode to unlock Ultra V Rated mode.

Viewtiful World Video
Complete the game in Kid's mode to unlock the Viewtiful World video.

Unlock Joe's girlfriend
Complete the game in adult mode to unlock Joe's Girlfriend, and Viewtiful World Video.

Viewtiful Forever FMV sequence
Successfully complete the game.

Viewtiful World FMV sequence
Successfully complete the game in Kids or Adult mode.

Skip intermission sequences
Press [Z] to advance past an intermission sequence.

Completion bonus
Complete the game, then play it again in the same mode. You will start with all of Joe's powers (Slow Motion, Mach Speed, and Zoom In).

Japanese dialogue
Successfully complete the game in Adult mode to unlock Silvia as a playable character. When you play as her, most of the FMV sequences are in Japanese, but have English sub-titles.

Some like it Red Hot, Part 2
Jump up to the chandeliers ceiling then press [B] and jump. You will hit a switch and it will knock down the other chandeliers within reach.

Extra L.I.V.E.
Collect 50 film canisters to increase your VFX meter by one cell.

Smash Caution things easily
Press [B] and jump up two times. Then, press [B] again and while in the air, press [B] again and it should smash it the caution things that give out electricity.

Run faster in slow motion
While in slow motion, hold [R] (Mach Speed) and you will be able to move faster.

Send missiles back at enemies
Sometimes, enemies will fire missiles at you. Go into Slow Motion and punch or kick the missiles. They will flash red, then go after the enemies.

Put out fire
When you are on fire (not the Mach Speed fire), hold "Mach Speed" and it will go out quickly.

Slots
Once you defeat Two-Armed-Bandit, you get to play slots. Put on Slow Motion and punch the slots to stop each wheel. If you stop it on Vs, you might get a Key. If you stop it on Cheeseburgers, you will get a free life. If you stop it on V-Coins, you will get the V-Coins. If you stop it on the Sun, you will get electrocuted.

Cause more damage
When you are fighting normal enemies, use your slow motion power and zoom in power at the same time. This will make your punches and kicks more powerful.

Slow falls
When you jump off of something and begin to fall, start punching and kicking. This will slow down your fall.

Bus jump
In the Episode 2, you will have to jump on a speeding bus then jump on a ramp and over a big gap. Before you go off the ramp, hold [L] for slow motion. The bus will gain more speed and will get over the gap.

Topless bar signs
In Episode 2, you will see some billboards for topless bars. They have topless girls on the with black stars over the middle of their chest.

See a Gamecube
When you are fighting Gran Bruce (the Boss of the Episode 3), he will sometimes spit out garbage. In the garbage, you will see a Gamecube.

Joe's name
At the end of Episode 5 when you have to fight the boss (Alastor), Joe still does not know what he should call himself. Also, Alastor does not know Joe's name yet. However, in the FMV sequence before the fight, Alastor will read the script that tells about their plan, and the cover page is marked "Viewtiful Joe".

Quick Viewtifuls
Use your Mach Speed and punch anything. You will get Viewtifuls that you can use in the store.

VFX power effects on items
Sometimes, your Mach Speed, Slow Motion, or Zoom In power will have effects on items. If you are in Viewtiful mode and your Beam Watch is glowing a rainbow color, it indicates one of you VFX powers will have a effect on an item

Very fast attacks
To do a very fast attack, go into Zoom mode and hold [R] (Mach Speed). Then, hold [Kick] and you will keep spinning, doing damage to everything that approaches. When you hold [Punch], you will start punching very fast and start moving forward.

Fuzzy screen
When you use up all of your VFX power, you will turn back into regular Joe. When you are regular Joe, the screen will be slightly fuzzy, like a old movie.

Another Silvia
When you play as Silvia, all of the FMV sequences that had Joe and Silvia will not have Silvia, but instead have a person that looks exactly like Silvia without glasses.

Comments
When you die, you will hear a voice that says "Cut! Cut! Cut!".
