Secret areas

FBI:
In the second area [by the hole in the wall], go through the first room and take a left in the room where the floor just crash open. Go down and you will find a bulletproof vest in the trash

Roofs:
After the sniper scene go down to the first roof area. on your left you will find a small upper roof with an emergency staircase. take it to the upper stage. enter the room open the locker to find a full medkit, bulletproof vest, and a gun

Higher Edge (Glitch)

If you take ''platform 02'' you can go outside and go on an higher edge next to the containers but that's not the glitch,
the glitch is if you turn around you will see a fence (it will take a little time)
but you will have to jump for a couple of times towards the fence and finally you will
stand on the fence now you can go on the higher edge, and even walk around and go behind the two containers.

Ubisoft Logo

Go on the FBI level in one of the room there are computers and they have a screensaver as ubisoft press "A" on the computer it will say game over

Perfect Sniping

Ok....let's get started. Ok when you are sniping to kill someone silently just don't move the analog stick and wait for 5 or 6 seconds......after that XIII will stop moving, and you can snipe better.

How to beat mongoose easy

First the mongoose hides behind the central missile/rocket, stay on the other side of the rocket (where you climbed down the ladder) and when he appears blast him with your twin mini guns, also try and hit the missile side where he is and some gas will come out when he breathes it in he will go back to his side and start coughing (you will see it in the box) when that happens go round to his side and blast him, if you run out of ammo don't use the assault rifle use the shotgun. When he has taken enough damage the central missile will go down and will say "think your smart then find me". When this happens go around the perimeter of the area until you find him. Now is the time you use the a. rifle spray him in the face until he stops moving then launch 1 ar grenade AT HIS FACE! If you do this he will die instantly whatever the difficulty! I know it sounds complex but take my word its not!

Secret Stash

In the Grand Canyon level, you will reach an area where you need to climb up a set of ladders and you are prompted that the chopper is waiting for you. Once you get to the top of the ladders, you will see a GI right in front of you. If you look to the left, there's a brick wall sticking out of the rocks. YOu can break it open and there's 2 medpacks and some ammo. This stuff comes in handy for the next part.

Multiple Things...

In XIII, if you have a pistol, or don't have a weapon, and you walk up to an object (chair, beer bottle, etc.) and a fist holding a bar appears, you can pick it up, and attack someone with it (with the R button), and they will instantly die.

Also, after you kill someone, if you walk over them, you get their items (ammo, medkits, weapons, armor).

If you walk up behind a civilian and two red hands appear on your screen, in you press action (A), you will take the civilian hostage, and police (in the FBI level) will back up, because they don't want to kill the hostage (IMPORTANT: If you have a hostage terrorists will still shoot you!!!).

Boss Hints to pull you through

Those are hints for the bosses that will help you get them the easy way!

Joanson:

Just keep running in circle(Facing him) in the room while shooting at him. That way he cant target you and he cant get you with his serum that the easiest way I found to beat him up. But make sure to break all the glass walls in the room so you will be able to move through them.

McCall:

Remember the barrack you came in the level by? (first one on the left when you open the hangar door) Get to it and get in there. Get to the wall on the right and open the 2 window flaps. Then jump on the bench in front of you and crouch. Then look out side (facing north,so you can see the back of the other barrack on the right. Now wait for McCall to come he'll come from the right so get ready to shoot as soon as he pass and then he'll come back from the left (from behind your barrack) s shoot him again. keep on doing this until he dies. he will shoot you a couple of times but not enough to kill you.

Sub-Marine Captain:

When he's done delivering his speech, the door came in by will open and two guards will get in kill them. When they are dead hide behind the missiles and wait till the captain reload his gun and when he is reloading attack. then hide back and you can shoot him by the space between the missiles too.

Chopper:

Get in the boss area with the riffle and run around the crates to the other side, grab the rockets on your way and hide behind the crates, like in the middles of them. Wait till the chopper is done firing the the machine gun then show up(on the left side when facing the crates) with your rocket launcher and shoot one rocket when he stops moving then hide back right away. just repeat the pattern till he dies. if you need more rockets just run in the boss area there is lots everywhere.

Lock picking skill

You get this on the second part of the emerald island level. you have to pick a lock on the first building and it's there! No more having that other woman take the credit.

Sixth Sense

To use the 6th sense, you must either stand still, or walk slowly ( when you crouch and walk you automatically walk slow), and when you do this you will see some "tck, tck, tck" where the enemy is.  This even works when an enemy is behind a wall.

Secret area

In the ssh secret base at the third check point in the locker room there is a secret vent where you are under a security camara  there is a gi right in front of you so hurry

Easy generator level

Ok you may not get this on your first try but u will. The first generator will be on the first building on the right kill the guard that guards the building quickly or else he will hit the alarm. Pick the lock of the door and take out a shotgun kill them then destroy that generator. Then there are 2 other enemy's the one at the big gate is the last one you want to kill in that room place take him out and there is a small hut with the next generator. Then find the next door go to the left and shoot the one guy walking back and forth then go into the second hut or the hut on the right and there is a generator. Kill all the enemies around that whole room then finding the last generator is easy. Then find the latter and go up and listen to the girl.

 

Ubisoft logo:
When you first start the FBI level, immediately after the woman shoots out your cuffs, go to the center of the room with the three computers. You will find the Ubisoft logo acting as a screensaver.

Quick gun:
At the start of the game, run though the back door to a gun faster and safer than going to the man at the front. Note: Hit him in the head and he will die faster.

Better sniping accuracy:
When in sniper mode, zoom in. To steady yourself for greater accuracy, sit there and do not touch anything to look or move for about five secounds or until he stops moving around. You can now look around with perfect dead aim accuracy.

More ammunition:
Wait until an enemy reloads his weapon before killing him. Kill him before he fires his gun and you will get a full magazine for your weapon.

Get the Dual Weapons skill early:
In the military base level where you have to rescue general Carington, there is a door on the left that leads to some kind of bedroom just before the room with the shaft leading to Carington's prison cell. Enter the room and take out the three SPADS soldiers in the room. At the opposite end of the room to the right is a locker standing by itself. Open it to get a 9 mm pistol, and the Dual Weapons skill will be enabled. From now on you will be able to use dual pistols and miniguns.

Keeping out of sight:
At the start of level 13 "Dr. Freakshow, I Presume", make sure that the receptionist does not see you. If she does, the receptionist will send a lot of soldiers on you with shotguns, which is bad if you are very low on health.

More blood:
In the level with the lifegaurd that gets shot after you get the throwing knives, kill an enemy. Then, start stabbing the dead body. Little drops of blood will appear.

Ubisoft logo:

If you walk up to the computer screen, look down at it, and press A, the screen will say "GAME OVER".

Automatic crosshair centering:
Click the Right Analog-stick to automatically center the crosshair at head height. This is useful on levels with lots of enemies and Xbox Live.
