Get new characters instantly!

First what you do is change the date on your nintendo DS to any date then save it and turn off the power. Then go on animal crossing, play with your character and check on your map if any new characters are there. After that write a letter to a new character, save the game, turn power off, turn the power back on change the date to the right date then send the letter.

Then turn off your power and then turn it back on again put on animal crossing check if there are any more characters and poof! Done!

Golden shovel

Put a normal spade in the ground. Wait till the next day or change the date and dig it up and it will be golden. Hint: Does not work on other items.

Get your town to play "Are you sleeping"

Easy money

(Note: by using this cheat, MANY weeds will grow in your land)

if you need easy money fast, have a shovel with you, then go to a large rock/boulder. make a 1 hole behind you, and then hit the rock/boulder. If a money bag comes out, keep hitting it untill they stop coming out, if there is no money coming out, go to another rock. since this only happends once a day, save your game, then turn it off. After it is off, turn it back on. instead of going to play the game, go to your ds settings, change your date to 1 day AFTER, then turn it off and turn it on and play the game. you will notice you have more weeds there, go to the rock/boulder and repeat the tatic over and over,  it will give you about 8500 bells each time you do this.

NEW FRUIT

IF YOU HATE YOUR TOWN TURN OFF GAME AND GET TO THE DESKTOP OF THE GAME ONCE ON THE OPENING OF THE GAME SELECT OTHER THINGS THEN REBUILD TOWN WHEN YOU GET TO YOUR HOUSE YOU WILL NOTICE NEW FRUIT.(NOTE: YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND EVERYTHING WILL BE ERASED NO MORE TOWN  AND YOU AND YOUR NEIGHBORS WILL BE GONE FOREVER.

Get money from trees without bees

Create a new character. Once you've checked out your house and met Tom Nook, don't go straight to his store. First, shake all the trees in your town and you'll get money and at least two pieces of furniture.

Many of you may know this allready but if you leave your character out side on a clear dayfor about 20 minnuts and you go into any building you will see a drastice change in skin color.keep doing this untill your skin tone is to your likeing you may even want to start decressing your time.( be responsible with it caz u can get verry dark. unless you want to bedark brown.<- that was NOT srcasim caz i have a dark brown character)

Becoming a member of Crazy Redd

When Redd comes to town have more than 3,000 bells with you. Find out his password and talk to him and try to become a member. He will accept you and give you passwords but if you have less than 3,000 bells he will say he only sells to customers with high quality cloth. TA DA!!!! You are now a member

	Hold 10 Extra Items This is a really easy trick. Just buy 10 letters, leave them blank, then pull an item onto it so that it becomes a present. Tada, 10 extra slots. Ed. note: problems have been reported with this cheat - use at your own risk!
	10,000 bells At New Years Change the date to Jan 1st and check your mail. Your mom will have sent you 10,000 bells. Ed. note: problems have been reported with this cheat - use at your own risk!
	Same Old Date Trick If you change the date on your DS it will also change the date in the game, allowing you to let fruit grow and making new fossil holes "pop up," just like in the Gamecube version of Animal Crossing.
	99,999 Bells First change the year on your DS to 2000, then put 1 bell in your acount, then save and turn off the power. Change the year to 2099 and get your 1 bell - it will be 99,999 bells. (this may not work first time you try it)
	Fast Bank Interest To get more money on Animal Crossing you have to put money in the bank. Then SAVE and turn off the DS. Turn the DS back on and go to the DS symbol at the bottom of the screen where you select game. Select it and go right one to the symbol of a calender and a clock. Select it and then go up to the calender symbol and select it. You will probably see that your year setting is set to whatever year it is. (for example 2006.) Go accross to the year column and change it to 2099. Then select confirm, go back, and then QUIT. Then it will say "The system will now shut down" and you must select yes. Turn the DS back on and select Animal Crossing Wild World. Continue your game and you will have gained interest!!! WARNING: ONCE YOU HAVE DONE THIS CHEAT YOU WILL HAVE LOTS OF WEEDS IN YOUR VILLAGE AND BUGS IN YOUR HOUSE. (STEP ON THE BUGS AND PICK UP THE WEEDS WITH B )
	See Tom Nook's house. Take a regular shovel and hit the back of Tom Nook's store three times, then hit the front door one time to see Tom Nook in his PJ'S holding a teddy bear!
	Faster Shop Upgrades Entry Location: When the shop is upgrading When Tom Nook is upgrading the shop, save and quit. Turn on your DS and go to the DS Options. Set the day to 2 days ahead. Quit the options, saving when you do. Start up the DS and go to options again. Set the day 2 days back (to the current day.) Now save options and restart DS one more time. Now start the game. Nook's shop should have upgraded and is open!

Alot of Bells

1: Send everyone a letter with a fruit.

2:Wait 1-5 days and they will reply.

3:You will get a random # of fruit but it will be different from the fruit you sent them.

4:Sell all the fruit to tom nook and you get MONEY!!
