End
Tournament Early
When you are on the first round of a particularly tricky tournament, you
can save your game on the 18th hole and you will be sent to the end game
screen along with the prize money! Afterwards, you can go back to Legend
Tour and select to resume your game and you will be on the 18th hole of
the next event. Complete it and get the prize money for that event as
well. This not only works on tournaments, but it works on regular events
as well.

General Game
Tips
These are my tips for those trying to get ahead fast in this game.
Tip#1- Look out for elevation!
The percentage of power shown to you on the touch screen is assuming the
land is flat. So if you are hitting uphill, increase power, when
hitting downhill, decrease power. But better yet, if you are very near
the green, but there is a great elevation difference, then go into your
pocket caddy and switch your shot to a flop. This makes the ball go
very high so you don't have to worry about accidentally hitting the top
of the hill and having your ball roll back down.
Tip#2- Know where to make your drive to.
Keep in mind that just driving towards the hole with as much force as
possible is not always the best decision. Wind is a big factor for
driving off that tee shot. Now, if it a 1 mph gust, don't mind it
unless if you line of aim is right alone an edge of the fairway. Then
that little gust can do you right into the rough. Also, the course
might make a big U turn to get to the green. In that case, it might be
possible to just skip most of the course and drive to the green in one
shot. But in situations like that, try to make it sink into the deep
rough right next to the green. That way you ball doesn't just bounce
off the green and into who-knows-where. Also the fairway may have a
break in the middle with some bunkers. If you feel like being daring,
go ahead and try to jump the gap, but my best tip is to just get as
close to the edge of the fairway as possible before the gap because
chances are the green will still be within range of that shot.
Tip#3- Look at the percent of the lie.
In the lower right and corner of the top screen, there is a percent
right below where it says what kind of lie you are in. This lie percent
tells you how much more energy you are going to need. So if you are
wanting to make a 100% shot when you are in 80% of rough, you will need
to make a shot with 120% to make that same distance.
Tip#4- Don't forget to spin!
Spin, although may seem small, when used right can make all the
difference. When driving, you can make your drives longer by adding
front spin. You can add spin by dragging the stylo across the picture
of the ball on the touch screen after you have made your shot, but keep
in mind the more you drag, to more spin you put on the ball. So the
novice may just make the ball spin in the direction he or she wants and
that's it. A true golfer knows just how much spin to put on the ball.
So spin can be used to lengthen drives, make the ball dead stop as soon
as it hits the green, and even help you with those chip ins.
Tip#5- Listen to your caddy when you putt.
Your caddy will tell you where to aim for the putt if it is humanly
possible from where you are at. Each side of a square on the grid is 2
feet. Try your best to guess within those parameters to where you need
to aim.
Tip#6- The only money glitch I found.
When you pause, you notice you have the option to save and quit. I used
this option a lot. What I noticed was that if used often, then used on
the last hole of your current course, it will quit as if you finished
the game and pay you your earnings. Then if you go back to the legend's
tour, it says you have a saved game still. If you go to that game, it
puts you at the last hole of your next course. DON'T PLAY THE HOLE!!!
Just press save and quit again. It will give you your earnings. If
done right, you might be able to do this for the entire step of your
career (amateur, pro, etc.) I have only been able to do this two
courses at a time, however.
Hope you enjoy and beet anyone else who challenges you to this game.
