Super Difficulty Setting

On the Kemco logo screen, hold L, R, and C-Up together while pressing C-Right, C-Left, and then B.

Stage Select

On the path select screen in Story Mode or Team Mode, hold R, C-Up, C-Down, C-Left, and C-Right while pressing RIGHT, UP, LEFT, and then DOWN on the D-Pad.

Knife Edge: Nose Gunner

Extra Hard Difficulty
While the Kemco logo appears on screen enter this code,
HOLD R, L and C Up, press C Right, C Left and B.

This will open up the hidden Super Hard difficulty mode.

Unlock Levels

After picking the STORY or TEAM mode hold C-Left + C-Right + C-Up + C-Down + R and press Right, Up, Left, Down as the level number is displayed.
