Easy Weapon Buildup
The way I found easiest to build up your weapons to status breaks and upgrades is to go to the back of the dungeons in Macka Lacka, where the blue dragons reside, and bring a built-up status break with a decent fire rating. Killing these dragons and the steel golems that reside there give you alot of weapon points. Just keep going back and forth between the front dungeon and back dungeon with out leaving the level itself and you can build your weapons infinitely. Make sure you bring plenty of water. Don't worry about repair powder, as the golems give you powder when they die.

Weapon Buildup (All Characters)
When it gets difficult to beat enimies in the lower floors of the dungeon. Go to the upper floors where you know you can beat all enimies without difficulty. Open all chests. Most of the time, you will recive attachments. Fight all enimies in the levels to increase you Abs (Absortion Power) and use the attachments when you can upgrade. If you have power-up powder, do not upgrade until Abs is full, you can upgrade twice in one go making you weapon evn stronger between battle. Keep building up past level 5 to as high as you want (Divine Beast Cave orks best past level 15). This is also a good technique if your default weapon has broke.

Easy money
Go into the divine beast cave then get alot of prickly fishing bate and sell it for alot of money.

Easy Free Items
Before finishing Gaffer's Buggey in Norune village, win the duel with Master Jacket (the skeleton with the jacket) in Divine Beast Cave. every time you go through that floor, there will be no enemies, and the Mayor gives you items every time you go through a cave, if Gaffer's Buggey is finished.

The dark genie
Ok here is the easiest way to beat the dark genie. When you start make sure you have at least 10 cheeses and a couple of repair powders and like 5 stamina drinks. ok when he starts be toan and when he shoots his hand into the ground his hand will pop up were ever you are so move all the time. when his hand pops up you will see a colour on his hand this is the type of attribute you need active on your weapon. which ever hand it is left or right it will stay that color untill he goes into a huddle sort of thing and it takes 3200hp to destroy the hands each. and you should have at least a 7th heaven or something equal to it like the sword of zeus or chronicle sword. and the only way he can hit you when hes in the hand stage is very annoying
he flaps his wings and it takes you down 32 hp and if he hits you with his hand you die atomaticly on the next stage he shoots a beam from his head and he shoots wind. the bieam kills you attomaticaly. so be ruby with the holy attachment then he'll shoot the beam so start running when the beam hits the ground not you aim at his head and shoot one quick blast and reapeat this takes 2000 hp.then he will morph into a dog and you will need to be ruby again with holy. dont worry about his minions they just walk really slow. he shoots a beam from his mouth so run quickly from that and then when thats done run up to his mouth and do a quick blast when locked on. reapeat this process and another attack of his is he stomps on the ground and flames come out just doge these theyre easy then youve beat the dark genie.



Defeating the Ice Queen Boss
To easily defeat the Ice Queen Boss in the Shipwreck dungeon, make sure you have fifteen Fire Gems (buy them at Joker's house). Toss them one at a time at the Ice Queen to defeat her. Using this method, you can take her down using only one character.

Unlock The Demon Shaft
Hmmm... the Demon Shaft. Doesn't sound like a place you want to be, does it? The Demon Shaft is a hellishly long dungeon (100 levels) that you get after you complete Dark Cloud. Once you unlock it, you can access it through the "Go To Other Areas" Map.


Weapon Level-Up
If you're into upgrading your weapons and creating Synth Spheres, here's a helpful tip that lets you quickly raise low-level weapons to Level 5 so that you can Limit Break them in a sphere.
The problem is of course that fighting tougher enemies with a low-level weapon not only requires you to repair it frequently, but it also takes a long time to defeat the enemy. But why fight with the lower level weapon? Simply pick your most powerful weapon, and quickly defeat the enemy. Now, before the slain enemy vanishes, switch to the weapon you want to upgrade. Since there is a small delay before the WHP for the defeated enemy is added, you can easily build up lesser weapons that aren't suited for the enemies you're fighting -- so that you can turn them into spheres and add their powers to your favorite weapon.

Requests
When in a town ask some one how to rebuild their city. Talk to everyone in that town and fulfill their requests.Here is a list of what they give you. Norune Village:Wind mill slash. Matataki Village:Goro's Battle axe & a powerup powder. Queens: Toan's Macho Sword. Muska Racka:Ungaga's Mirage & a diamond.Thats it, none of the other cities can be arranged,all you get is events(no houses)

How to beat the Ice Queen and get the moon orb

First hit with close range attacker [Toan,Goro]
with fire based weapon. Then when her defenses are down attack with ruby[using a stamina potion] attack with the strongest ring with fire based element. Repeat this until you finish her off. She has 400 hp. After you beat her Rando comes and gives you the moon orb.

Ice Queen Glitch/Cheat

When battling Ice Queen, she might fire an ice ball at you.  When she does, freeze amulets are not effective.  What you need to do, is switch to a different person and you should get freed from the ice pillar.

Black Knight

To beat the Black Knight get a high attack sword. Let him charge at you. run out of the way a little and go behind him and attack. watch out for the Black Knight because he shoots these big orange circles at you. If you get too close to him on the Pendragon he will attack you. After a while the big black panther( Pendragon) will die. Then the Black Knight will jump off and attack you. He still attacks you with the big circles. Watch out for his spinning attack with his swords. Back away and when he's done and keep hitting him. After awhile he will die and a star will come and kill him. You will then get the Chronicle 2. Oh, use the Holy attribute against him too.

How to Get the Sword of Zues ( 3rd Best Sword )

First complete toto's house in Muska lacka.
You will get the Sun Sword. Build up the Sun Sword to get to the Big Bang Sword, then you
must Build up one more time to get The Sword
of Zues! (Building up Big Bang takes a lot of
work, it needs all the attributes over 40 but
this is easy if you use gemstones and synth-
spheres)

Baron Garayan

If you are fishing in the waterfall in matataki and you see a really big fish that wont take the normal bait, use a potato cake to catch it. it is the baron garayan, and gets more points than mardan. i got a 178c.m one and got over 700 fishing points. Its a great hooker of a fish (you'll get that joke if you catch it)

Back Floor Advantage

Ok first what you need to do is go in to the forest (any level) and find a sun dew. After you kill all the monsters...or leave half your money in the level, go back and go to level ten, kill all the monsters or just go straight for the back floor. There will be a total of eight monsters and they will all be werewolves! Every werewolf will give you twenty-four exp points each! You can go back and forth however many times u need for all your weapons will be stronger. It this great! 7th heaven and a lot of other great weapons for my partners! Have fun!

How to Beat the Dark Genie

The Dark Genie has 3 phases. For the first phase you use either Toan or Ruby with their best weapons with the highest attribute in all the elements. Eventually two handswill pop out of the ground, when this happens look at the color of the hand and match an attribute with the color. Now,for phase two you should use Ruby with a weapon that has the Holy attribute. Also watch out for his cheap shots. Just make sure your health is over 60 when he does it. For phase three you should use Toan and attack the jewel in his mouth.

Unlock Level Demon Shaft

Beat the game and this new world will be available on your map.  

Defeating Master Utan

First he will spit seeds at you that are hard to miss.To not get hit by them you should use Xiao and use you strongest slingshot,I preferthe Bandit slingshot.Whenhe grabs a orange,Switch to Xiao and shot him he will stop in his tracks and run around .Just do that every time he reaches for a tree.

Defeat Ice Queen with one  person

To defeat the Ice Queen with 1 person by 14 or 15 Fire gems and put the all in your inventory and just keep throwing them at her until she dies.

Sun Sword

To get the powerful Sun Sword, complte Toto's house, which requires Toto, Golem,totam pole, and the handle.  At the event, Golem will turn himself into the Sun Sword.  After a couple of Synthespheres, the Sun Sword is unstoppable!

How to beat the King's Curse

First, use Ungaga's whirlwind special to blow away the black.  Then, use your strongest weapon for Toan and do a special attack. Repeat process.  After you win, the temple will start collapsing and you will go through a difficult duel to get on the Moon Ship.  Good Luck

Quick Weapon Upgrade

In order to quickly upgrade your weapons without using power up powders and fighting enemys with your weak weapon (the one you want to upgrade) Simply kill the monster with your strongest weapon then right before the enemy vanishes swicth to the weapon you want upgraded and the Abs will go to that weapon.



Lamb Sword's Secret Ability

First you must get the Lamb Sword (the only way too get it is to build up the Wise Owl Sword).
Next you must get you WHP low, you will know it is low enough, because it will say at the bottom right corner, "The Lamb Sword got scared so it went into Wolf Mode" When it goes into that it raises its stats.

Note: It will go back to regular mode when you do an "Upgrade" or "Repair" it.

Hint:  The Lamb Sword evolves into the Atlamillia Sword which evolves into the Chronicle Sword, the 2nd best sword in the game (The Chronicle 2 Sword which you find at the end of the Demon Shaft)

How to beat Joe in one hit

First, you need the sun sword. Then, evolve it two stages to get Zeus's sword. Get the sword to full attack. Give yourself a stamina drink and put your sword on the highest element you have. Finally, give him a one-hit KO.

Get the ultimate sword

After you beat the game the Demon Shaft opens up. The Demon Shaft is an incredible hard dugeon. It has 100 levels and they get harder the farther you go. At the end you have to fight the black night but after you wound him a light shoot from the sky and kills him. From that light the Chronicle2 sword appears.

Tons of FREE Items

This is a cool little trick that's easy to do, and can give you tons of free items you'll need, but can be fairly time-consuming. This is done in Norune village. The first thing I can tell you(and this is really important in Norune) is to NEVER set up or finish Gaffer's Buggy until you're done with Norune Village. When you put it up, the mayor stops giving you items, and you'll need his items to get this to work.

As soon as you get the Hag's house finished, she will store items for you. About 60 in all, I think. The trick is to get the free items from the mayor, and then take them back to be stored. You can do this as much as you want, all the way up to 60 total items. Think about it...if you get 60 repair powders saved up, you can save a lot of money on supplies until much later in the game. This is completely worth restarting the game for, no matter where you are. Enjoy!



Get Music Box Key

You will need a music box key to fight the boss in "Shipwreck."  To get the music box key, you'll need to complete the Cathedral, then go to the Divining House and ask the nice lady to tell you about the queen's lost lover.  Then go to the the guy you meet at first when you come to Queens (don't remember the name).  He won't be in his shop but there will be a key.  That key will open the music box.  If you want strategy to beat the ice queen boss, find it on this page.

How to catch the Maryan Garayan

The first thing u need is a poison apple, use that as bait and fish at the water fall in Matataki Village during the night if u r successful then u should get the Maryan Gatyan and alot of fishing points.( u might have to wait a little while)

Maryan Garayan's Secret

When you catch Maryan Garayan go to a chest protected by a trap. Try to guess the trap. It will say "Maryan Garayan shows the right path." and when you choose the trap the trap will be flashing red and have a picture of M.G. by it. Also I'm not sure about this: He might disable the trap directly.

Kill Statues Early in the Game

You must have Xaio and a repair powder.   First, find a statue. Then press O to lock on. Get a reasonable distance from it. And go rapid-fire.You will need to use a repaiir powder.   !!YOU MUST USE XAIO!! Or just use a magical item.

Beat King's Curse w/1 person

First u need a lot uv repair powders if ungaga is weak,but if hes ok about 5-10 will do. Stay in one spot and he'll come at u and always keep his spinning thing on and he'll kill him eventually

NOTE:auto repairs r the best just line them up in ur "active items" and if u have stamina drinks that works well

Get the Chronicle  Sword

To get the Chronicle Sword first get the chopper dagger. Then upgrade into a gold dagger. I dont no the name. Then,upgrade it into the maneater. after upgrade it again into the Atlamillia Sword. then upgrade it one more time and you'll end up with the cronicle sword. it is the second best sword in the game! This sword will take a while to get.

7th Heaven Sword

To get the extremely powerful 7th Heaven Sword you should start with the Serpent Sword, then upgrade it to the Evilcise Sword. After that upgrade it to the Drain Seeker Sword. Upgrade that to the Dark Cloud Sword. Finally you can upgrade it to the 7th Heaven Sword. The sword has a max attack power of 240, with End and Sp of 99, amd Mp of 110. It takes alot of work to get, but it's accomplished easily by going to the back levels of the dungeons.

Weapon upgrade

When you upgrade your weapon you should go on customize before you upgrade it if you had  any stuff in customize. If you brake your weapon it will disappear exped for the weapon that you start with. If you  upgrade it alot it might turn into a different weapon if you go on buildup. If you go on status break it will break your weapon and turn into a ball and No More Weapon!



Free Big Bucks Hammer and Platinum Ring

When building Queens whatever you do DON'T build Jack's store before you finish building King's Hideout. After building King's hideout and getting Ruby then you may finish building Jack's store. Once its done go to jack's store and an event will take place. You will then receive Big Bucks Hammer (1000 gilda) for Goro and a Platinum Ring (600 gilda) for Ruby for FREE.

Ultimate Dagger

To get the ultimate dagger all u have to do is upgrade it to level 5. Then do status break. you'll get the synth sphere, and your dagger will still be there!!! Then all u have to do is put the sphere on the original dagger  and there u go!!!

Tram Oil Heaven

First of all, you must gain Ungaga as an ally. After you have him, you gotta get or build up to a Terra Sword. It seems that the Terra Sword has a bit of lucky magic in it. After that, go to the Divine Beast Cave and call forth on Ungaga while equipped with the Terra Sword on the either the first, second or third floor. Soon you'll be able to collect a lot of Tram Oils with just a few entries inside the cave. After you got all the tram oil you need, go to the back floors and keep collecting goods! ( I got seven tram oils with just two entries inside the cave! )

No Antidotes?

Well you may know that antidotes are hard to come by, this code is simple but valuable. If you get poisoned without a antidote drink but you do have a stamina drink, go into a nearby pool and drink the stamina drink, then wait until your stamina is gone and you're cured!

Collect the Alta Quickly

First you must unlock all of the floors, territories, etc... don't collect the alta until you have unlocked all of the floors all the way to the boss room. before you fight the boss back track to all of the floors and collect the alta . I don't know if it works for you but I thought it went by faster

How to Beat Dran

To beat Dran, use Toan and Xiao. First hit Dran in the air with Xiao when he is about to attack. Then switch to Toan and run up and hit him as many times as you can while he's on the ground. Keep repeating this until he collapses. (watch out for him when he attacks. he will shoot at the ground and make a hole. if you don't watch out where you're going, you'll loose some life.)

Catch Umadakara

Go to the matataki village POND, and use a carrot for bait. It gives u quite a boost in ur fishing points. ( i got a 104cm Umadakara and got 151 fishing points.)

Defeat Master Utan Real Easy

Amedeatly use Xiaos and hit him once and then use Goro run behined him and keep hiting him with your best axe.(He should keep runing away but keep watching your health if you havent got very good defence a few hits could kill you).

How to catch the Mardan Garayan

Now don't get me wrong it isn't the Marayan Garayan that you caught in Matataki Village this is a different fish.  First you need to get the Atla that contains the Oasis. You don't need to complete it. Then you need a poison apple. You need to cast out your line at anytime. then you should catch the Mardan Garayan. It will give your Fishing Points a big boost. (I caught a 108cm Mardan Garayan and got 229 fishing points).

Defeat Master Utan Real Easy

Immediately use Xiaos and hit him once and then use Goro run behind him and keep hitting him with your best axe.(He should keep running away but keep watching your health if you haven't got very good defense a few hits could kill you).

Cheat/Glitch: Abs & Power-Up Powder

If you are high on Abs and want to use Power-Up Powder without losing your Abs, simply go to the Item sub-menu and drag the Power-Up Powder to the weapon, it will ask for attachment confirmation. Check your weapon in the Weapon sub-menu and it will still have it's previous amount of Abs!

Easy weapon absorption

Go to Queens, buy ice and flapping fish, then go to back room of layer 17, and keep going back and forth.  You should be able to get from 64-180 magical absorption points each time through

Potato Cakes For Free!!!!

To get a lot potato cakes u MUST have a weapon that has the abillity to steal. Try to get a long range character as the theif (ruby, osmond or xiao) then equip the weapon that will steal and go to the moon sea. There u will find some moon diggers attack them and you will steal a potato cake! Repeat this as many times as you like, u can even use this to get money, just simply sell the potato cakes and u get around 100 to 150 gilda!

To get to the next floors in W.O.Cave

The owl needs either a berry, a pointy chestnut, or a shiny stone.

obtain double jump mode

Firstly obtain the required amount of orbs then when you have a sufficient amount go to the statue of the time god (there are a number of these posted around the levels)and select it from the alastor section
