McLaren
Okay after you pass the super license,pick sauber as your tean as Alesi isn`t very good but the car is awesome.Keep getting points and by 1/2 season you could get a job at McLaren

Good Team
When you get your Super License, choose Arrows Team Racing as they are the fastest team. If you keep beating your Boss' expectations, you should get offered a job at BAR or Stewart within the first half of the first season. By the middle of the second season you could be driving for McLaren.

Skip pit stop
Drive through the pits without stopping in multi-player mode. You will not get a penalty.

Advice on first drive

Pick the Sauber drive out of the 3 (prost, benneton and sauber) the sauber is the faster car and the teammate is weaker than benneton (fisichella as in real life is obsurdley fast) which will allow you to build up your reputation

A Handy Hint

On monte carlo if there is a yellow flag at the beginning of the race don't speed or you will be called up for a stop and go penalty! trust me it has happened to me.

Getting Williams Drive

When you are doing your super license try and get all the aces you can and you could get offered a drive for a Williams who are really good. However if you don't even get 1 ace then there is a chance that you will not even get a drive from Benneton and you will end up with: sauber, prost or arrows. By the way if you do not get a drive at Williams always  for Bennetton they are much better than sauber although they do have higher expectations than sauber you should be able to achieve them
