While playing input the following codes:

All cars in garage enchanced ... UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, CIRCLE, SQUARE, R2, R1, UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT.
Add $5000 to account ... UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, CIRCLE, LEFT, R2, UP.
Police are on donut break ... UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, R2, SQUARE, RIGHT, R1, LEFT.
Always first place ... UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, R2, LEFT, CIRCLE, UP.
Traffic at max speed ... UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, SQUARE, RIGHT, CIRCLE, LEFT. Nitrous Infinitus ... UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, SQUARE, UP, DOWN, CIRCLE, UP.
Cheat: Acquire Any Car

There’s a glitch in the game that will allow you to acquire any car you want from the in-game garage. Simply find the one you want on the screen. Press the X button, and then unplug your controller from your console. When you do, you will get an on-screen message asking you to plug your controller back in. Do so. Then, press the triangle button to leave the garage. If the glitch is executed properly, you’ll be in the car you chose without actually paying for it! (Note: This won’t work on a two-player game).

Use C-VHARD as a profile name.
Cheat Slow Opponents
Enter C-EASY as a profile name. (Unverified)

No catching up on races:
Enter C-VHARD as a profile name.

All cars in garage pimped:
Press Up, Down, Left, Right, Circle, Square, R2, R1, Up, Down, Left, Right.

Additional $5,000:
Press Up, Down, Left, Right, Circle, Left, R2, Up.

Disable police:
Press Up, Down, Left, Right, R2, Square, Right, R1, Left.

Always first place in street races and success in acquires or retributions:
Press Up, Down, Left, Right, R2, Left, Circle, Up.

All traffic at full speed:
Press Up, Down, Left, Right, Square, Right, Circle, Left.

Unlimited nitro:
Press Up, Down, Left, Right, Square, Up, Down, Circle, Up.

Get any car

Got to your garage select a car you dont have take out your controller reinsert it press triangle and you will be driving the car.
