PlayStation 2 - PlayStation 2 cheats - Silent Hill 4: The Room cheats

Unlock Chainsaw
Beat the game once, save and load the new data. Then, in the Forest World, near the car, search for a cut trunk, the Chainsaw is right beside it.

Unlock Eileen's Nurse Costume
Complete the game on any skill level and then restart using the same save. Check room 302 for the costume. It can be selected on the 3rd run through.

One Weapon Mode:
Get 10 big stars in hard mode.

Unlock Eileen's Nurse Costume
Complete the game on any skill level and then restart using the same save. Check room 302 for the costume. It can be selected on the 3rd run through.

Call restaurant:
When you look out your window, you can see the phone number of a restaurant. You can use the phone to call that number for fun.

Cynthia's Special Costume:
Finish the game with all four endings on one slot. Start a new game and select Eileen's nurse uniform to have Cynthia wearing her special costume.

All Weapons Mode:
Beat One Weapon Mode.

Brand New Fear mode:
Successfully complete the game under any difficulty. Save the game after the credits complete to unlock the "Brand New Fear" option .

Submachine gun:
Successfully complete the game with a rank of at least 9 big stars. Start a game in "Brand New Fear" mode and look in Room 202 in the Apartment World to find a submachine gun for Eileen.

Funny Call

Look out your window and you will see a phone number to a restaurant you can call

Eileen Nurse Outfit

Finish the game one time and save.  Start a new game using that save and go to room 302 to find the Nurse outfit.  It can be picked on your 3rd time playing through the game

Unlock Special UFO Ending

Finish the game 4 times to get the 4 different endings.  Now play the game again using the same game save slot and pick Eileen's nurse uniform.  Finish the game and hold Y and B before the ending to get the UFO ending.

Unlock One Weapon Mode

Get 10 stars using hard mode

Unlock All Weapons Mode

Finish One Weapon Mode

Locate Chainsaw

After finishing the game one time save and reload your save.  Then go to the Forrest World and look for the cut tree.

Peep Hole

Being stuck in your room for 5 days is not all that interesting (especially without tv) so what do you do? Spy on the neighbors! After visiting Silent Hill through the portal the first time, you'll find someone has moved the furniture. Move it again and youll see a hole in the wall. Look through it and you'll see Eileen. When she goes out, look through the door and you'll see her sweeping. You'll get a phone call, begging you to go through the portal. Once there, take the coins, then come back. Look through the hole in the wall, and Eileen will belying on her bed. After about ten minutes, shell change her clothes!
