At the title screen, press and hold L1, then press TRIANGLE, TRIANGLE, X, X. To view the debug menu, start the game and press START to pause.

Debug mode

At main menu hold L1 and press triangle, triangle, x, x then when you start a new game go press pause and a debug menu will come up

Security Hint

This is more of a hint than a cheat but u need to do it . when you are talking 2 Alex in the cell once she has pressed the button to call the guard run to the bottom of the screen and when the guard comes out of the door punch him DON'T SHOOT HIM because if u do it cause the security system to be activated and the level is harder to complete because u will not be able to collect all your information .

Stupid guards

I have found that when you are facing 3+ guards they are extremely hard to kill. To prevent loss of life turn 360 degrees and then hit the crouch button (L1) twice, after doing this the guards instantly stop shooting and walk off...don't worry about health, it goes up to full automatically (even if you are nearly dead!) You can now walk past the guards without them even bothering to shoot you (Beware when walking past guards, they don't shoot as long as they are the ones from before and you are fine until you enter the next screen.)

Other Hints

Never pull a gun when you can knock somebody out. This will only attract more attention to you.
Never pull a gun on technicians, they are your friends. If they won't talk, use a gun, but don't shoot them.
Use your remora to hack any codes etc.
Lead robots towards you, you can usually lead them round in a circle and use an EMP mine before they shoot you, but hide from them.
Always make sure that your gun is loaded, time and health can be wasted if you enter a gun fight with a gun that needs reloaded.
You will only get health and ammo when you need it, there is no need to search bodies when you have full health and full ammo.
