ADEC System

To activate the ADEC system, choose Full Instruments in the Options menu. While playing, press B on Controller Two to invoke ADEC.

Clean Pause

Press PAUSE then push X + Y + Z.

Play as Final Dragon

To play as the final dragon before the last level, take the second path in level 1, the second path in level 2, and the first path in level 3.

Play as Original Dragon

To play as the dragon from Panzer Dragoon, you must complete each stage at 90% or better and take the second route. When you reach the cave you must take the third route. (It's the only level that has a third route.)

You'll know that the trick has worked once you have encountered the last level boss. Your dragon will do its final morph and change into the original dragon.

Saved Game Secrets

If you have a saved game of Panzer Dragoon Zwei in you Saturn's memory, they following codes will be enabled on Panzer Dragoon Saga:

1. For every hour played in Zwei, you will start out Saga with that much Dyne mutiplied by a hundred. For example, if you played Zwei for 8 hours, you will start Saga with 800 Dyne.

2. The little girl who plays hide and seek outside of Vaiman's will give you a music box. Go back to camp to access the music box.

Other tricks:

1. By loading up any Panzer Dragoon Saga Disk, opening the Saturn, and loading Zwei (all without turning the power off), you will be able to see exerpts from the intro movie from the firt Panzer Dragoon game.

2. With a saved game of Saga in you system's memory. you wiil be able to access "Pandra's Box" in Zwei.

Pandora's Box

According to legend, Pandora's Box contained all the woes of our world. Fortunately for us, the version in Panzer Dragoon is much more mellow.

To see for yourself, win the game and go to the Options screen. Open Pandora's Box and you'll be able to choose your dragon, access all the weapons, and warp to any level. You'll even get to to play a bonus level! If you don't see everything I've described, play the regular game again. The better you do, the more options you'll receive. To max out the box, get a final ranking of SNIPER.

1. The first option allows the player to select the stage, see the ending, and view a five minute cinema on the making of Panzer Dragoon 1 and 2.
2. The second option lets the player choose the dragons. There are about 10 Dragons. In addition to the five dragons from Panzer Zwei, you can also select The Pup (The baby Dragon), the original Dragon, the leader Dragon from the original Panzer Dragoon, the leader in Panzer Dragoon 2, or you could just play as either the Dragon or Lundi (the main character.)
3. The third option is the difficulty setting.
4. The fourth option allows the player to increase the power bar.
5. The fifth option is the weapon selection, including a seven-way shot.
6. The sixth option allows the player to increase the level of the berzerk.
7. The seventh option turns the Rolling Mode Off or On.
8. The eighth option lets the players play only the the boss stages within the game.
9. The ninth option gives the player the ability to target faster.
10. The tenth option turns the Pause screen Off and On. (This gives the player a special screen when hitting Pause during the game.)
11. The last option is the sound test.
