As you may know, when you use the random ped outfit cheat, your character only can walk in a straight line and do nothing else. To stop this, stand in front of your save game data disc in you safehouse and do the Random Ped Outfit cheat,( L1, L1, LEFT, L1, L1, RIGHT, SQUARE, TRIANGLE) and walk into the save data disc. Don't save your game, just exit the save menu and then you character will be able to move properly.

Unlockables

Go to where the junkyard is. Destroy Almost 20 cars and when your done go to the Dealer where then you have to finish 2x the cars that you just destroyed so when you are in level 40 you should see a title on the screen saying "Impala 65". Then go to the safe house and it will be in your garage.

On the level "shogun showdown" you have to steal a tank and then distory it. The game tells you to go to the bomb shop fit the tank with one and blow it up! Insted of blowing up the tank in any random place take the tank and put it in your garage (at the safehouse next to the bomb shop on stanton island) and get out. Now you can blow up the tank in your garage and coplete the mission but because it is in your garage it will be automatically fixed.

Hints, Tips & Tricks

The Thunder-Rod is a rare gangster car. It has flames up the side and makes and brilliant car noise. It is actually on the first island parked in a car park. If you look where the bridge is (connecting Portland Island to Staunton Island), well when it reaches the first island, put your target just above there. When you drive there you will see a car park where a gangster car is park. Thanks!

If you don't know what Media Attention is, it's where you cause chaos in the streets of Liberty City and get the whole press and camera crew on your tail. It's really fun. All you have to do, is spawn a tank using the cheat on this website. Then, go around causing mayhem, shooting about 100 cars and running over 50! (Note: If won't work if you have the 'Never Wanted' cheat activated). If you do this correctly, writing should appear underneath your health and $Money saying what film crew is on you, where you are in a magazine, whether you are top headline of weekly paper or something like that etc. Keep destroying things and you should get people in press cars chasing you or a press & film crew chasing you on the pavement. They are so funny, you can see them taking pictures and they've got an actual film camera on you! Have a go, Have a try, Have fun!

On the mission calm before the storm, when the guy you are chasing lands on the roof you get a pcj 600 and try to get up the stairs, now for the second flight of stairs turn the bike around go to options, change steering to dialog then walk backwards and keep pressing left and right, if this does not work, just try going up by pressing left and right, it is a pain in the ass to get up but if your an expert gamer and your good at these types of games, then you should have no problem, it is worth it.. But this makes me think why the hell did they not put normal helicopters in free roam anyway?

When it's night-time, take out your Sniper Rifle and look for the Moon in the sky. Zoom in and shoot the Moon. The Moon will increase in size the more you shoot it and then go back to it's original small state when you shot it enough times.

Just tap default (X) button to sprint instead of holding it down. You cycle the sprint so it's like you never start. This can be done at any time; whether during a mission or exploration.

On Statunton Island there is a parking lot on the top northeast corner. Look for a white staircase inbetween the parking garage and the parking lot entraces on the southside. Go up the staircase and jump on the short cement railing. Then turn east and jump up on the roof over looking the parking lot (Liberty City Tree Building) and run across the roof to the other side where you will see a courtyard. Jump down into the courtyard and run to the very end of the courtyard to the northwest. Then on a wall at the end of a courtyard has a white picture of a smiley face and says 'Hello Again'. This is the same spot where in Grand Theft Auto III, where a sign says "You arn't supposed to be here."

All you have to do is save your game in the first to save spots. Once you have done that, plug your PSP in using your USB Cable (if you have one), then click on USB Connection. On your computer, go on to www.maxbot.com, and download the latest CheatDevice. Copy the CheatDevice Save data and paste it into your PSP Save data which can be found on Removeable Disk. It should ask if you want it to replace your current GTA Save Data, click yes as it will only delete your first one you saved. (If you did the first step correctly you will remember I told you to save it in two spots, clever you see). Once you have completed all of the above then go onto your GTA game and load it up. Once its loaded up, load you normal saved game and do the rest of you missions with ease. CheatDevice has alsorts of things on like hover cars, never die, car is indestructible, infinite ammo etc. Have fun!

During the introduction sequence for the Biker Heat mission, the poster above Maria's bed depicts members of the imaginary rock band Love Fist, which was the band Tommy Vercetti befriended and completed missions for in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Set your system language to Italian. Start the game. The game menus, messages, mission briefs, and even some car names (Police, Ambulance, etc.) and places (Francis Intl. Airport, etc.) have been changed to Italian. However, it is not spoken, but the subtitles will be in Italian. Note: This does not work with any other language.

When you get to the point where you can do missions for Ma Cipriani ("C" on the map), do not continue them until they are your only option. After Ma's "No Son Of Mine" mission, she will send hit men after you. They will continue to appear until they are all killed, making future missions more difficult to complete.

Use a vehicle to ram a motorcycle with two people sitting on it. Make sure you hit them hard enough so that they both fly off the bike. Then, get on the bike and shoot the driver (and not the back passenger). If done correctly, the remaining passenger will hop back on the bike and sit behind you as you drive around. It should be noted that you will not be able to bail from the bike while moving, as the back passenger blocks you from being able to jump off. To get rid of the passenger, simply get off the bike and shoot him or her.

To complete this mission easily, first get an AK47. then get a leone sentinel and drive it to JD's club and access the mission. after you follow the car instead of trying to knock the car out of the road drive to the car crusher and park your car under the car crusher but dont get out until the sindaccos are behind u then shoot them all with your AK and get the car with salvator in the back

As you probably found out, Vigilante missions in a cop car are extremely hard - It's the same with other Police Vehicles but there's one that is the best! Its the Rhino Tank. If you use the cheat to spawn it and press up to activate Vigilante Missions when in it, you can get lots of money. With a police car, you have to keep running into the suspect or maybe shoot the car out the window or even pull the suspect out... Well with the Rhino, you run into the suspect and it blows up straight away! Kill loads of suspects to reach level 12 i think it is and you unlock 150 Extra Points Of Armor and you will see a little cross (+) at the side of ya Armor Bard (blue). Good luck, this will also bring in some cash!

Even if you haven't unlocked the 3rd island (Shoreside Vale), you can still go on it and explore freely! All you have to do is activate the Cars Drive On Water cheat. Then drive out onto the sea and head towards south of the first Island. On the map there is a Aiport Runway right down at the bottom of the 3rd Island! Go to that and you will see a ramp that you can drive your car onto. Once you drive onto that, just exit the airport and say hello to Shoreside Vale.

NOTE: When you die or get busted - you will be sent back to the other island you were last on.

During game play, pull the joy stick up just enough for him to tilt forward if he stands up you have pushed it to far it takes practice but its worth it, it really works.

Just oposite Phil Cassidy's gun shop on the west side there is a big tower on the side of that tower there is a stair case witch leads to a patio and then there is another two staircases after that and there you can have a good hunting.

Having trouble geting a bf injection for love media well go to portland and become a car salesmen and when you see the bf injection get in it and drive off you will quit the mission but you will have the car.

When you use the random ped clothes cheat you can only run in a straight line but if you use the commit suicide cheat after you use the random ped clothes cheat you will be respawned and you can run anywhere! Enjoy!!!

When your car has smoke coming out of it or is on fire don't get out just put in the "full health" cheat in and you and your car will be saved.

In front of your safehouse on shoreside vale, there is a road. The road on the far side has a rocky cliff. I recomend driving a deimos car over all the angled bumps, and if you hit it right, you can do some sweet flips!! i barrel-rolled over a convoy of 3 police cars without, and i repeat without, the never wanted cheat on!!! it was hilarious. Try it sometime!!!

For the total easiest headshots of all time, use the bobblehead cheat and the heads will be massive, so you can totally get millions of headshots on everyone.

Secrets

Love media is a hidden mission where you have to fetch certain cars that are on a list and place them in a garage. You get money for every car and a bonus for completion. The garage is located south of Staunton.

In portland in hepburn heights the building complex with is being held by a rival gang there is a Army truck... have fun.

The easiest way to get a BF Injection is to get in a car and go to Portland Beach drive towards the harbor and when you see a little cave like hole to the right of you you should see a BF Injection if you drive up hill and come back down it will have changed colors. Have fun with it!

If you look at the black men in the blue jackets with white baseball caps, and you look at their hats, it will have the big 'R' with the star for Rockstar games. I try to shoot off their hats, it reminds me of the opening loading scenes and they annoy me.

Glitches

Its kinda a Glitch, but you can get extra cars in to the garage. Park a car to stop the garage door from closing then put in extra cars or bikes.

Im not sure if if this is a glitch or intentional, but, wenever i enter the 'have girls folo you' cheat, i get men following me!! its really scary. What makes it worse is that the women will start attaking or shooting you depending if u put in the cheat that gave them guns. Its really scary.

First activate the cars drive on water cheat. Now jump large vihicle off the calihan bridge into the water. Your large vihicle will begin to sink. Quickly activate the health cheat and your large vihicle will fly outta the water. The only backfire, you dont get outta the water.
