Running low on HP
If you don't have any potions to heal and you are running low on HP, then press "Start" and choose to "Recall To Aven" then you can go to the merchant to buy some potions or what ever else you want and then you can go back to where you previously were. (By pressing "Start" then choosing Recall To where ever you where) This works anywhere, BUT the real bosses!

Preserving your health potions
This may be an obvious tip for some of you, but I didn't think to do this initially. When you're in a heated battle with several enemies that surround you and whittle your health down quickly, or perhaps you're fighting a tough boss, you don't have to waste your health power ups. Just pause (hit "start") then choose "Return to Aven". This will take you back to the city where you'll be safe and you can wait a few minutes for your health meter to gradually refill itself on its own. You can also take the opportunity to sell of your excess junk to the merchant. Then when you're health is full again, hit "start" again and choose "Return to ..." and it will take you right back where you were. You might think that when you do so, the enemy will have full health again, but every time I've done this, the enemie's health is still wherever it was when you left. So if you kill half the boss's life, then go and come back, it still only has half its life. So you can continue fighting until your health is getting low again, and do the whole thing a few times if necessary. Also, be careful not to let your health get too low before you hit the "start" button. If your health is too low, when you hit "Start" there will not be an option to "Return to Aven". So I recommend you do it when you still have half your life remaining, or at least a third of your life.

127+ Available Attribute Points Glitch
If you save and exit a game while having more than 127 available attribute points, you will lose all the points permanently from that save. You will notice that every time you load that save, the level-up option is gone hence all the available attribute points you saved are gone as well. To prevent this glitch, you have to keep the numbers down below 127 before save and exit the game.

tSee when enemies are invisible or off screen
If there is an enemy that is invisible or closely off screen near you, let your character stand still and his position should change from standing to an attacking stance. This means there are enemies ahead.

Never Die
When you see your character falling to the ground press start and the option save and return to Aven is crossed out so press exit. It takes you to the main menu and you can save your game there. This will enable you to keep any good items that you found.

Temporarily stop kamikaze attacks.
If a kamikaze monster (one who explodes on impact) is charging for you, start switching between Weapon and Bow by pressing R and X. Doing this very fast will stop the kamikaze monster for just a second while he is right at you, giving you a chance to block the attack.

Find Bosses in Dungeons Faster
If you hold R and hit Square, the map zooms in, and if you do it again, it disappears. When you hit once more the map will reappear, but the game refits it to normal size. In the split second it does this, you sometimes can see the Boss's icon on the map that you wouldn't normally be able to see with the zoom function. This gives you a pretty good idea where the boss is and allows you to navigate appropiately. You can do this as many times as you want to keep checking.

Network dupe
To dupe items, you need to be connected in a multiplayer game. The character with the item gives it to another player, and doesn't save the game when exiting. The player who receives the items needs to save the game. When both players reload the game, they will both have the item.

Duplicate items:
This trick requires two PSPs and two copies of the game. Select the item to be duplicated and trade it to another PSP. Do not save on your PSP but save on the other one. When you reload, because you did not save you will still have the item. However, because the other PSP saved with the item on it, they will also have the item.

All around attack:
When crowded by many enemies, press Circle to do an all around attack. This should damage most of your opponents.

Extra gold:
Use the following trick to get a lot of gold when you do not have any inventory remaining. Be an alchemist and level up the spell Transmute so that everything around you turns into gold. Note: This spell must be at a high level to be worth it.

Reach to a High Level
After you made a character, level him/her for a while and then restart the story. You will still have all your equipment and be at the same level. Now you can get to level 20 before you leave Aven!

Keep Your Items After You Die

When your guy/girl starts to fall to the ground. Press START then Recall To Aven and Save game will be in Gray. That means you can't pick it. So you go down to EXIT and press X. Then Press Save Game. Then it will take you back to the title menu. You can lode your game and have your Items that you had and your health will be about half way full.

Duping

This is for all you psp players that have friends that also have the system. Play with your buddy, give him any item then without saving, turn off ur system. Turn it back on and you will still have the item.

Hint for Knights and berserkers

When you are able to hold 2 weapons with the knight and berserker you should put a scorched skull on one weapon and a cold sapphire on the other. The knight can do this at lvl. 13, and the berserker can do this at lvl. 15. When you do this at random moments in the game you will freeze the enemy (unless it is a boss) then you will have fire damage on the other weapon and you will do three, sometimes four times your original damage.

Power Shopping

In the city of Aven if you dont like what is in the shop or if the thing you are looking for isnt there go in to the Secert Catacombs then go back to Aven and the shop will have all different stuff. This is a good way to get better Wepons and stuff.

Avoid Death

If your about to die. Press start and it will take you the city.  You wont lose your stuff then!

Defeating the Dark Praetox

He is hard, he moves around a lot, the best thing to do is have flurry and wait till he comes up, once he does that keep hitting him with flurry. You may have to use a potion once and a awhile but once you defeat him you can leave Aven. Your next mission is Tend The Shrines.

Better Reward Items

After completing your quest, and before you return it, save your game. Turn in the quest and see if you like the item you got. If you did not, quit, do not save, then reload and turn in the quest again. Repeat until you like the item you get.

Unable to upgrade status

If you save a game while having more than 127 available attribute points, you will lose all the points permanently once you leave the game after saving it. Defeat Death Skulls
Go to Marrowrock North. when you find the first death skull. Make sure your at least level 8. Make sure you have a long rang and close ranged weapon, and make sure you have ALOT of potions. Take out all his minions first. After all his minions are dead  then put on your close up weapon. Hit him enough so he runs from you. Then use stone storm or thorny decoy. ( they're the best.) If you use thorny decoy get on your long ranged weapon. Keep hitting him until your thorny decoy dies. you can do this the whole battle if you want or you can give him a chance and you run to the other side of the room. Use stone storm. If he only has a quarter of life left, charge him with your close up weapon. Keep bashing him till he dies. Then loot the room when he's dead. when you find the second death skull, just repeat this method.

Beat any boss easy!!!

Okay all you have to do is have a strong bow, alot of arrows and be able to use the flint ball. First what you have to do is look at your map and before you reach the boss regain your health. Then unleash the flint ball but keep it on speed magic. Then as your flint ball is getting beat up back up and shoot the boss with the bow. When your flint ball dies run away and release another flint ball. and do the same thing.
