Hint: Homerun Gesture

Funny Commentary
When you play against the computer and you're pitching, leave the controller alone and let the pitcher stand there for a couple of minutes and the commentaters will start making fun of you, and other things. This works with 2 players also, you just leave both of the controllers alone

Homerun Gesture
When you hit a home run and your player is running towards home play, press L or R and your player will gesture towards the crowd.

Extra Crowd Taunts
When you hit a homerun, on your trot home, hit Y X or B to do the extra crowd taunts. These are much better than the L and R taunts.

Press Y to wave your arm in the air in a victor march.
Press B to Clap hard and shake your head. Press X to clap softly.

Dominating team
If you have a franchise on this game, go to the main menu of franchise mode. Once there, go down to "GM Office", then go to "Roster Management". Select "Player Editor" and use the Left Analog-stick to move left or right to find your franchise team. After finding your team, the game will show a list of all the players on it. Go down to any one of them and you will be able edit their attributes to make them the best as possible. Do this to every one of your team members to dominate the league.

Easy card points
Select quick play or franchise mode. Set the number of innings to 1 then score by any means while holding the CPU to a no hitter. When the single inning game ends, you will be awarded card points for having a perfect game and a no hitter.

Easy hits
Pause game play immediately after the pitcher releases the ball. You will be able to see the pitching icon.

Easy season win
In season mode, go to the GM office, then go to the player editor. Set all your players to A+ then go to all the other teams and make their All-Star players a D-.

Move pitch after thrown
Use the Right Analog-stick to move a pitch after it is thrown.

An Easy Leaping Alou

During "This Week in Baseball" Challenge if you pick "A Leaping Alou" when doing it wait three seconds before running for the ball the start running and if you time the jump right you should catch it. It also works with "Preston's Leap of Faith"

Intro Music For Your ASB 2005 Players

NOTE, this is a very long process. On the main menu, go to "Special Features". Click "Options" and then "Audio Options". For the item "Custom Soundtracks," put it on "On". Go back once. Select "Edit Soundtracks". You will now see a list of the songs that you saved to your xbox soundtrack. One by one, click on all the tracks that you want to select for your ASB 2005 soundtrack. Press A once you are done. Go back to the main menu and you will hear the music playing in the background of your ASB 2005 dashboard. To change the intro music to your players, you must be doing a franchise or expansion mode. Go to your teams "Roster Management", and go to "Edit Player". Find your team and select the player you want to edit. Go to "Appearance" and simply change the song. The songs will be called "Play list Song #".

"All- Star Team"

Max Stats

Go to MLB Play and start or continue a franchise.  Go to General Manager on the franchise mode main screen and enter the roster screen.  Enter the screen where it lists all the players in the majors.  Pick any player and you can change all the stats of that player to A+ ones. You can also get players from the free agent pool, max out their stats, then trade them for a superstar (Such as Derek Jeter or Alex Rodriguez).

Easy Homerun Derby

For and easy home run derby, find out who the players are in it. Then edit there attributes by going to the GM Office, then roster management, and edit players. Make sure all there batting attributes are A+. After that its time to kick some but. Let the first 3 pitches go and make sure your cursor is in the right position. If everything is right it will be very fun.

Announcer Taunts

If you let your pitcher stay still for a while you will be taunted by the announcers.

Get Barry Bonds!

ok, so you see that on the Giants roster Barry isn't there, he signed some deal that said he couldn't be. you see "wes mailman"? he is the one that took his place
just change the skin color and the name and BING you have Barry Bonds!

Celebration

After Hitting A Homerun Hold or Tap the R trigger to blow kisses to the crowd and tap L trigger to do other celebrations

Home run hit

When you hit a homerun when your guy is coming home from third base hit L or R or x to give a chant from the player
