tpiperi - big feet mode
tho - big evertything mode
jgintu - halo mode
pjefferies - ghost mode
ksimeonov - greyscale mode
ewilliams - wireframe mode
edma - first person camera
stomanovski - hardcore Al difficulty
pstapley - toon wrestlers mode
mbilodeau (alternate: mstapley) - toon background mode
