Cheat List for GTA III

Taxi Driver
To do this cheat simply find a taxi or cabbie and steal it (probably works with the secret red cabbie). Drive up to one of your favorite cars with it. When you are there press and hold down the X button. Get out of the taxi while you are holding X, with Y. Keeping holding X and get inside your favorite car. When your character is in the car waiting, unleash the X button. Make sure you do not unleash the X button while you character is opening the car. Now the game thinks you are inside a taxi, good job.

Tank (Rhino):
Press B(6), R, White, L, Y, B, Y during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. The tank will appear in front of you. This may be repeated as many times as needed.

Flying car (low gravity):
Press Right, Black, B, R, White, Down, L, R during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Accelerate and press Up to fly.

No wanted level:
Press Black(2), L, Black, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Note: Saving the game will make the effects of this code permanent.

Getting around
If you have just got the game and you dont know the citys good be a taxi driver.

Here is the weapon cheat if u need weapons. Rtrigger,black,Ltrigger,black,left,down,right,up,left,down,right,up.in the top left corner it will say weapon cheat.

Higher wanted level:
Press Black(2), L, Black, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Note: Saving the game will make the effects of this code permanent.

All weapons:
Press Black(2), L, Black, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Repeat this code for more ammunition.

To get unlimited ammunition, enable the "All weapons" code continuously until whatever you want is at 9999 shots. The next time your clip runs out, it will reload automatically but the magazine (9999) will stay the same. Note: If you are busted your weapons will disappear and this code will have to be repeated.

Full health:
Press Black(2), L, R, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Note: If this code is enabled during a mission where there is damage on your car, the meter will be reset to zero.

If your vehicle is on fire, enable the "Full health" code to extinguish it.

This code also repairs your car. You cannot see the repairs, but it will act like a new car. If on a mission where you need to have a mint condition car, sometimes enabling the "Full health" code will fulfill the mint condition requirements.

Full armor:
Press Black(2), L, White, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry.

More money:
Press Black(2), L, L, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry.

Destroy all cars:
Press White, Black, L, R, White, Black, Y, X, B, Y, White, L. A message will confirm correct code entry.

Better driving skills:
Press R, L, Black, L, Left, R(2), Y during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Press L3 or R3 to jump while driving. Note: Saving the game will make it so your car will never tip. Also every car will have hydraulics which will enable it jump 15 feet in the air over other cars.

After this code is enabled, any time you roll your car, press X + A to flip back over. This will work as long as your car is not on its roof.

Increased gore:
Press X, L, B, Down, L, R, Y, Right, L, A during game play. No confirmation message will appear. You can shoot off pedestrians' arms, legs, and heads with some weapons (sniper rifle, assault rifle, explosives) with an increase in the overall amount of bloodleft behind. Note: Saving the game will make the effects of this code permanent.

Fog:

Overcast skies:

Slower game play:

Speed up time:

Dodo car (flying):
Press Right, Black, B, R, White, Down, L, R during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Accelerate and press Analog-stick Back to glide. Note: You will not be able to fly a helicopter correctly when this code is activated. The game will freeze if you press A or pull back the Right Analog-stick.

Dodo boats (flying):
Press Black, B, Up, L, Right, R, Right, Up, X, Y during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry.

Car floats on water:
Press Right, Black, B, R, White, X, R, Black during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. Note: This code also allows helicopters to land and float on the water.

After enabling this code and are driving on the water, repeat the code to deactivate it. The car you are driving will go directly to the bottom of the water and keep going without losing any health. You will soon hit a piece of land and either end up stuck in the ground or be able to drive again. You will not lose any health during the entire time.

Change wheel size:
Press R, A, Y, Right, Black, X, Up, Down, X during game play. A message will confirm correct code entry. The wheels of some vehicles will become larger, while others will become smaller. Repeat this code to increase its effect.

Note: When this code is enabled a few of the vehicles get faster (for example, the Caddy, Baggage Carrier, Rancher, SUV, and Bobcat). If you load a previously saved game and enable the code again, they will get faster still. The code remains in effect while the Xbox is on. To get rid of its effect, turn off the Xbox.

Also, when repeating this code after loading a saved game, other vehicles such as the Banshee and the Stinger get "heavier", allowing you to do things such as plowing through any other vehicle, and sink to the bottom of the water and keep sinking until you respawn on the road.

If you enable this code, pause the game, then reload a saved game, you will be able to use the code again. You can keep doing this to make the wheels get bigger. After a little while, the car will get too tall to enter.

After this code is enabled and you get some women to follow you, aim your gun at someone and they will attack your target.

Note: The appearance of the women that follow you depends on your status, money, and clothes. As each of those increases, you will attract a wider variety of women. At the start, you will get some ugly women.

Code side effect:
If you spawn a car or use various other codes, your criminal level can go down dramatically. For example, you can have a rating of Hatchetman (2500), spawn two cars and then have a rating of Untrustable (-60).
