Unlockable: All Cameos

Unlock All Create-a-Car Sponsors
To unlock all create-a-car sponsors, win the Winston Cup in Career Mode and you'll get a thunder plate that states all create-a-car sponsors are unlocked.

Unlock Kitt Paint
To unlock Kitt Paint, win the Winston Cup in Career Mode.

Unlock Paint Skins
To unlock paint skins, set the game level on Veteran or Legend and then race on any 1 player race. This will not work on 2 player races.

Dale Earnhardt Bonus
Win the Daytona 500 in season mode driving Kevin Harvick's #29 car to unlock Dale Earnhardt. You will also get the Goodwrench car, Goodwrench Plus car, Wrangler car, Silver car, Coke car, Bass Pro Shops car, Oreo car, and the Legacy car.

EA Bio Extras
Reach Level 16 to unlock the All-Star Race. Reach Level 18 to unlock the Bud Shootout.

Unlock All Cameos
Select the Features option on the main menu, then Create-a-Car. Enter the name Seymore Cameos as printed.

Faster car
To get a faster car in any mode, hold the Left Analog-stick in the direction that you are driving.

Night tracks
Go to season mode and then to "Custom Schedule". You can unlock night races for the day tracks.

Alternate night tracks
Win the race that has a locked version of an alternate night track under the veteran difficulty, 3% race length, and damage on visual only. Repeat this method on all tracks that have a locked version of it.

Road courses
To unlock a road course for Texas, Talladega, Pocono, Phoenix, Homestead or Daytona, race the original track on the medium or veteran difficulty. 3% is the easiest race length and the fastest.

Fantasy and night tracks and cars
Go to season mode. Choose custom for tracks. Then, choose locked tracks on medium. You can race at whichever locked track you choose. if you win race, you unlock a track. if you also have a locked car, you also win the first locked car.

All fantasy drivers
Select "Features" at the main menu, then select "Create-a-Car". Enter "extra" as a case-sensitive first name and "drivers" as a case-sensitive last name.

All cameo FMV sequences
Select "Features" at the main menu, then select "Create-a-Car". Enter "Seymore" as a case-sensitive first name and "Cameos" as a case-sensitive last name.

Dale Earnhardt
To unlock Dale Earnhardt, win the Daytona 500 as Kevin Harvick (29 car). After winning the Daytona 500, a Thunder Plate will appear with Dale Earnhardt on it.

Alternately, go to Lighting challenge and play three of them.

Alternately, reach level 2 in your EA Bio (by winning three races).

Richard Petty
Reach level 10 in your EA Bio.

All Star race
Reach level 16 in your EA Bio.

Bud Shootout
Reach level 18 in your EA Bio.

If you win the Bud Shootout during a season or career mode, you will automatically be in the Bud Shootout the following season and in the future.

Pace car
Reach level 28 in your EA Sports Bio to unlock the Buster Auton pace car. Note: This car is damage-proof.

Alternate paint
Win a race under the medium, hard or extreme difficulty setting to unlock a paint scheme for that driver.

Exhibition and alternate event races
Win a race under the medium, hard or extreme difficulty setting to unlock an exhibition or alternate race for that track.

EA Bio bonuses
Various other Thunder Plates can be unlocked by uploading your EA Bio from other 2004 EA titles, such as NCAA Football 2004, March Madness 2004, Madden 2004, etc.

Access All Fantasy Drivers 
  
Go to Main Menu, select Features, then select "Create-a-Car". Where you're asked to type in a name, type in:
First name: extra
Last name: drivers

Access All The Cameo Videos 
  
Go to Main Menu, select Features, then select "Create-a-Car". Where you're asked to type in a name, type in:
First name: Seymore
Last name: Cameos
** Make sure you have a capital S and C since the name fields are case sensitive

All Paint Schemes
  
Go to Main Menu, select Features, then select "Create-a-Car". Where you're asked to type in a name, type in:
First name: Albert
Last name: Ternate

Platinum Plates

After your EA Bio reaches level 44, you will start getting Platinum Thunder Plates. These include Unlock all Career Mode Create-A-Cars, Unlock all Create-A-Car Sponsors, Unlock all Create-A-Car Templates, Unlock all pro Paint Schemes, and at level 60 (Bio Complete) Unlock all tracks. Once you reach level 60, there should be nothing else to unlock. I have all the Thunder plates, paint schemes, tracks, cameo videos, Thunder licenses, Lightning Challenges, Speedzone Challenges, Season and Career modes, all completed, and at level 60 in my EA Bio.

Get Kitt Paint

Kitt Paint is a plain car with no paint or sponsors on the car.

To get him you need to beat career mode 1 time and if you get more career mode championships you can get more plates.

Get  Bobby Aillison

To get bobby aillison you have to complete all of the lighting challenges.

Easy Win at Superspeedways in Career Mode

When in Career Mode qualify at the super speedways and if in the Daytona 500 do the Gatorade 125's and finish the best you can. In the race try not to get any damage but move up spots on the track and also share draft to conserve fuel. Go as long as you can on fuel then come down pit road and take no tires and no repair damage and just take 11 gallons of gas you will be ahead by a long ways but the field may catch up with you don't worry just block like there ain't no tomorrow and you will win!!!!!

Quick Wins In Career Mode

For easy wins in your career when coming up through the ranks try when racing at Talladega and Daytona taking 2 tires or fuel only pit stops. You will come out of the pits 10 to 15 seconds ahead of the rest of the field and they will only have 2 or 3 laps to chase you down. Also until your tire wear increases try 2 tires at Daytona because you will blow a tire on the last lap if you don't.

How to unlock peoples other cars

The first thing you do is go to race now. Then when you get to the race now settings set it for one player, and set the difficulty for medium. Then pick the driver that you want to get their cars for and win the race and you will unlock one of their cars. (note; you can't keep doing the same track with the same driver or else it won't work.)

Get Paint Schemes and tracks

Set the race mode to either 3% 5% 10% 25% 50% 75% or 100%. Then set it on veteran or legend. Then pick the driver you want to unlock a special paint scheme for. Then select the track you want to unlock. Win the race and you now have a new track and car.

Dale Earnhardt Sr.

Win at Daytona 500 in Season mode and you'll unlock Dale Sr's Bass Pro Shops car, Silver car, Black #3 car, Coca Cola car, and Legacy car

EA Sports Bio

If you have previously played a EA sports 2004 game and have your EA Sports Bio saved, whatever level you are in will be the level you are in in Nascar Thunder 2004, so you can also unlock Thunder Plates!
