Unlockable: All Challenges

Those things that go bump in the night, the terrors that lurk beneath your bed, the ghosts who's dark whispers pass along the wind, the oogies, the boogeymen, the children of the night -- You've got to fight all of them in Rare's latest, Grabbed by the Ghoulies. A British term for grabbing a man by his Good and Plenties, here it's a bit more literal. See, your girl's been nabbed by the foulest of foul men, Baron von Ghoul, who uses a ghastly horde of ghoulies to carry out his bidding. You need to break into his 50-room mansion and steal back your one true love, give the wicked Baron a one-two punch, and escape with your life and your sanity intact. It won't be easy.

Hidden FMV sequences:
Complete Challenge #21 to unlock the "Original Promo Movie" and "Deleted Scene - Crivens Gives The Chair" options in the replay storybook.

Credits:
Successfully complete the game, and you can view the staff credits at the "Features" menu of the game.

Mini-games:
For every five "Rare books" that you find, you will unlock a bonus mini-game at the mini-game screen. There are 100 "Rare books" in the game, which unlock a total of twenty bonus mini-games. There is one "Rare book" in every room of the mansion.

Extra health:
Enter the options screen and enable the "Butler's Brew" option. Now if you fall in any room, you will be given an option upon re-starting that room if you want Coffee and Waffles. Press A to select "Yes" and you will have double health.

Rare and Microsoft references
When you start a new game, look at the three books that are shown. One says "Rare" and the other says "Microsoft". If you look closely, you can see that when "Rare" books pages are turned, there are pictures of Banjo Kazooie and Donkey Kong Country. In the "Microsoft" book, you can see an Xbox, an Xbox Live microphone, and other Xbox items.

Killing The Reaper

On some parts you have time limit to kill a certain amount of enemies, but if you don't succeed, the reaper will appear and follow you until he touches you. To kill the reaper you must get him to strike his finger at an enemy, to do this, let him follow very close behind you, then continue until you see an enemy that is as big as you, get behind the enemy and if you do it right, the reaper will strike the enemy on accident and kill it. After it has struck the enemy his finger will no longer glow, at this point start kicking and punching him, until he is defeated. Do not let his finger light up again or you will have to do it over again.

Beat the Embassy Ballroom

Walk through the curtain a super scary shock comes out press the buttons now turn to the left there will be health power ups and weapons pick a weapon drink the health power ups and goto the entrance to the dance floor but do not go in there is a painting in the corner kick to get a 10% boost of health now enter hit the nearest enemy fight all those skeletons and zombies zombies drop their arms you can use them as a weapon kill all those skeletons and zombies to open the exit get out of the dance floor and go up the steps go down past the mummy and go the door

Water Gun

Go to the light house to get water gun

More Health

Go to the options screen and enable the "Butler's Brew" option. If you fall in any room when you restart you can get coffee and waffles for 2x health.

Unlock Art

In challenges 1, 3, 5 and 6 get a platinum medal to unlock concept art

Unlimited lives

Start a new game then press Up, X, X, X, X, Down and you will have Unlimited lives.
