Unlockable: Archaic Clothes cheat glyph

Cheat mode:
To unlock cheats, look for small, glowing, white orbs (eggs) hidden throughout Transylvania. Stand on one and press B. A message should appear at the bottom of the screen with more information about what was unlocked.

Armory Anytime:
Find the large gear room in the Castle Frankenstein's basement. Stand on the wooden platform on the right side of the room, then use the grappling hook to reach it.

Alternately jump on the stallions while fighting Demon Verona on the stagecoach.
Get knocked off the stallions by of the brides. An intermission that shows Van Helsing getting dragged under the coach will appear. Repeatedly tap B while under the coach to collect the cheat icon.

Alternately, first complete the game and get the Gatlin Gun upgrade. When you get into the gear room, instead of going into the door, power it up and go to the other side. Use your grappling hook and it will take you to a stone door. Use your Gatlin Gun upgrade to start a intermission sequence and it will be Armory Anytime.

Click Right Analog-stick, Left Analog-stick, press [Down], [A], [Down], [A], [B], [Lef, [B], [Lef, [Up], [Y] during game play.

Big Head:
In mission two, look near the Ghost Body cheat icon to find the Big Head cheat icon near a wagon.

Fell Skin:
Complete mission five, then get egg in the well. Defeat the werewolf in the town, and put the egg on a pedestal to get the cheat icon.

Ghost Body:
In mission two, look behind the "dragon" door at the start of the train station to find the cheat icon. Use the alternate Tojo blades to collect it.

Power Clothes:
Successfully complete the game wearing your hat on every mission.

Rifle:
To get the Rifle, win all of the Easter Egg mini-games twice.

Small Fiend:
In mission six, enter the side entrance to the castle. After defeating the werewolves, walk to the lion gargoyle that is pouring water and press B. The cheat icon is in its mouth.

Translucent Body:
In mission two, get past the train station area and look behind the "dragon" door.

Unlimited Ammunition:
Successfully complete the game under the hard difficulty setting.

Unlimited Speed:
Just after entering the side courtyard of Castle Frankenstein, turn left (in the direction of the tower). Double jump around until you can see the cheat icon. Use the grappling hook to reach it.

Mission one cheat icon:
When you first can use the grapple, you will see something white glowing. It is the cheat icon. After using your grapple, jump and get it.

Completion bonus:
Once you have completed the game and wait for the credits to roll, you will be prompted to save your game on a new game option. Do so and you can start the game with all previously unlocked cheats, power-ups, and items.

Defeating enemies:
When a Boss or other strong enemy grabs you, keep pressing L (Shoot) to take away great amounts of life away from them.

Defeating Vampires:
When you get to the part where you have to fight the three Vampires, take out the one on the left first. When the center Vampire is going to attack, she will make a screeching type of sound. When she does that, get ready to dodge her attack. When she uses her lightning attack, hide behind the pillar. When you take out the Vampire on the left, the center Vampire will transform. The transformed Vampire will land on the ground and remains still. Back away and do not get hit when she dives after you. If you follow this and attack at the correct times, you should be able to defeat them.

Archaic Clothes cheat glyph:
When battling Dracula for the first time in Castle Frankenstein, a bunch of lab equipment will be near Velken off to the side.Look for a batch of green ooz, jump in and click the action button until you find it. You may only keep it if you get it before killing Dracula otherwise you must go back for it.

Cheat Locations & Beginning Strategy

*  Cheats are obtained through standard gameplay. Look for glowing white orbs and press B while on them. Remember also that after you find a cheat glyph you go to inventory on your START menu-and go to the CHEATS option and see what you have!

Fell Skin - After finishing mission 5 look for the egg in the well.  Defeat the werewolf in town and put the egg on the pedestal to get the cheat

Big Heads & Ghost Body - Look near the wagon in mission 2 near the Ghost Body cheat

Unlimited Speed - At Castle Wolfenstein after you go in the side courtyard go left toward the tower and double jump till you see the cheat icon

Translucent Body - Look in mission 2 in the Dragon door past the train station

Unlimited Ammo - Finish the game on hard difficulty

Power Clothes - Finish the game without removing your hat

Small Fiend - On mission 6 go in the side entrance to the castle and kill the werewolves.  Now go to the lion gargoyle water and press B

*  Certain enemies and bosses require certain style weapons to kill them. i.e. The wolfman, Dracula, and Frankenstein all respond more to the pistols with the ammo upgrade. (make sure you also use your speed boost!)
*  To power up the generators in the first castle level, you have to obtain the electric gun and make your way back.  Fire into the white circle for the first one...it gives you an egg.  The second one powers up the big generator and helps you to advance through the level! (common sticking point for most game players)

How to Defeat the Statues

When you're fighting the statues use the shotgun on alternate mode, Also when you fight the statues before you  go and fight Igor again kill two statues and start to lure the third statue toward the way you came in, then go through, and when you come back through the statue should be gone an a lot of little werewolves should come. kill them and you're home free!

All the Money That You Want

In the room were you find the gating gun, kill everybody and exit then go back in. there will be a few more enemies than last time. keep doing this over and over again. If you die it doesn't matter because it saves your game every time you enter the room. if you have only a little heath left enter the room and die. you will start over from right outside the door with all of your glyphs. This trick got me 22354 glyphs

How to Kill Last Boss Dracula!

The easy way to kill Dracula in his monster form at the end is to get you double blade and always attack in a close distance because he has a hard time to get you... jump a couple of times over him and slash with Y and don't forget when you use your double swords use the left trigger button it will put your blades on fire and then slash him.. it will hurt him bad.
P.S. you don't need to use a gun against him.

Getting the elephant gun

To get the elephant gun (the long rifle in the instruction book. not the shotgun) you have to find all 5 easter eggs,put them in the pedestals, and beat all 5 challenges twice-the challenges are...

Time attack-Use your Gatlin gun the whole time to kill 50.

Defend the ring-this one's hard, use gatling and don't fall off!

Maze-choose the right doors before the time runs out,j ust keep trying.

Bloodbath-jump and double jump to get on the statues and outrace the blood pool, if you survive long enough a grapple will appear and thats your ticket out.

Knightfall-The hardest one (in my opinion) You have to use the Gargoyles to destroy all the knights by making them fly at you and hit a knight instead.and ALL of this has to happen before the time limit expires! the trick is not to get to far away from em.the fly at you when youre at close range so stay near them and a few knights and dodge them at the last second and they'll smash up the knights.

Also every time you beat a challenge the first time, a cheat appears! theyre not helpful but fun. THE ELEPHANT GUN IS THE BEST! but if this whole Egg hunt (pun intended) is too frustrating, just dont even bother.it's extremely hard. (even on EASY)

Brides of Dracula Hint

When against the brides of Dracula, they will blast spells at you. Dodge them all and aim at them with your crossbow. Hit them enough times, they'll say something related to 'YOU'VE KILLED ME!'
     Aleera will then say to battle Marishka. This is the hard part. She is a swift dodger and can blast spells at you quickly.  Still use the crossbow.  Shoot her until her life meter goes down.  Then she will say you've killed her.

Weapon Hints

While in the Level where Dracula is over powering the castle Frankenstein after jumping
down from the nests of bats.  Look to the left where you will see some green goo.  There will be an upgrade for your electric gun.  After getting the upgrade, you will be able to shoot a long bolt of lightening. In alternate ammo mode.  This will help later in castle Dracula when you have to open up the cage turn left, there is an overlap of stairs. There you will find an upgrade for your Gattiling gun.  It will let you fire high caliber explosive rounds at your opponent.  This should kill them in a few shots.  Use the charge to open the door  

Avoid Vampire Attacks

Whenever you face a vampire, always jump and then shoot. Keep on jumping so the vampire won't hit you when it comes at you and keep on shooting at it in the air.

How to kill Dracula (Level 12)

You should watch what his moves are at first then get out your gattling gun and use it in alternate mode. After this hit Dracula a couple times and use the Ammo replenishes wisely. If you have the rifle hit him with that to kill him easier once he goes down you got him.

Easy Way To Hurt ???

Hint:When fighting ??? jump when he stomps on the ground. Hold down X with shotgun out and you should beat ???.

Increase your Life More.

Hint:  Just keep going back and forth to fight monsters to get more pwer glyphs. Keep getting more and more and more, until you decide to fight the boss of the mission.

Beat Igor

Hint: Igor has this big Cannon-like barrel that shoots out fireballs. Roll away from the big fireballs. I prefer the Shotgun but use whatever you want.

Win the First Fight against Dracula

Hint:When he spins around with something blue in his hand just take at least three steps back or you'll get hurt. Use the Shotgun and then pull the Left Trigger button. Then it might be a little easier, but you could also use the crossbow, it works just not as much as the Shotgun. Once you run out of Ammo you have to go up to him and hit him with your Tojo Blades to get back your Ammo.

Beating Wolfman FINALLY!!!

If you ever get stuck on the final form of the Wolfman here's your advice. He should jump at you and try to strike you but as he's jumping, jump and shoot at him so you stay up longer. After that bring out your shotgun or handguns, personally I prefer the handguns. If he ever grabs you just hold on the fire button he will soon let go. If you have any ammo replenishers save them until you are desperate. The same with life replenishers. This should help you defeat THE WOLFMAN.
